I am rejecting this response because: This company avoids taking customers calls which would allow a customer to "listen to the tape" which would prove clearly what they/ I was being told and that these channels should be included in my package. This isn't the first complaint of this nature with this company. Social media and consumer complaint hotlines are still available to rectify this situation. Notice that their response indicates that THEY have listened to the call without me on the line and made their "determination".

Dear Revdex.com and customer,We have received the customer's complaint.  We want you to know that we take customer complaints very seriously.  We apologize for any frustration or confusion experienced by the customer.  After reviewing the call, it appears that the customer expressed interest...

in receiving a television package that included HBO, etc.  The sales agent, in an effort to find the most affordable package for the customer, sold the customer a package that did not include some of the desired channels and failed to clarify such with the customer.  For that we apologize.  The channels the customer desires are certainly available if the customer wishes to call in and request to upgrade their package.I have instructed our team to reach out to the customer and offer a $50 gift card as a goodwill gesture for the confusion.  We hope this resolves the matter satisfactorily and again apologize for the confusion.  Please let me know if you have any other requests from us.Sincerely, Spencer H[redacted]Associate In-House Counsel
