I Do Weddings

I had placed an order in Oct I received that order shortly after.After, I postponed Nov refill and I then went to thier website and cancelled auto refills as website says I can do on around Nov 3rd I had set my account to "ON DEMAND" refillsWell, Dec 3rd comes and I notice a pre authcharge on my bank statement from themI go back to their website, and assure its still set on "on demand" refillsI see a shipment processing and the site lets me postpone Dec refill for monthsI assure again its set on "on demand" refills which mean I have to manually request a refill to be charged(Not auto) I also change my payment options to a different credit card on file because one has to be on file with themNo option to remove without adding anotherI also sent their customer service an email informing them NOT to charge me and that I do not want not need that refillI received no replyI was charged $to my bank accountI have also disputed the unauthor

I had this joke of a company to the same login on my personal property about two and a half years ago nowThe property consisted of a lot of Poplar and also a lot of big Hardwoods Maple Red Oak and White Oak and AshWe walked through before the job started two sided what size trees he was allowed to take I was informed he would take everything down to inches in diameter out so that it would not be a total messHe proceeded to do the poplar wood first as it is worth almost nothing compared to the hardwoodThen he started going into the hardwood section and basically stole an entire tractor trailer load and a half and which he took to the middle and never paid me my money claiming that he had financial troubles due to a rwith the lawAfter that he claimed one of his trucks broke downAfter that he claimed his skidder broke downI was very patient over the period of about four months when I saw no money whatsoever and the wood was already removed from my propertyThen he just stopped taking calls would not return my messages and I find out there is such a long list of people that he has screwed over that if I tried to sue him I would be way down the line and basically just eat the cost of an attorneyMy nicely wooded property that I just wanted to thin out a little bit now looks like literally a tornado went through itWhen he started doing the hardwood he cut out the first four logs from the bottom and left entire Tree Tops all over the woods you can't even walk through there now and it will never ever be able to be cleaned up without some serious construction equipmentThis was the worst situation I've ever been in hiring someone to do workIt was unbelievable
