Review: On Saturday, November 9th, I took my ipad to this iDoctor store at the Block of Orange. I was told they didn't have the parts, but that they could order it for me and that it would be there for me by Wednesday. I paid $183.60 to have it ordered and fixed. I gave them a grace day and went Thursday, only to find out the part hadn't been ordered. They said that it would be there soon, and that they'd contact me. No one ever did. I call half a week later, and still no part. Now it's at another store, and no one has brought it over. They say it'll be there by the end of the week. No one contacts me. I call and find out it's there, and they say to bring it Friday, we'll fix it. I go Friday, and the store is closed. No one called to tell me they weren't opening. I finally go on Monday, and they tell me the part isn't working, they need another. They tell me they'll have it Wednesday. Wednesday comes, they say they need to go to the parts store to get the part. They'll have it Friday, November 29. I call Friday morning, after they've gone to the part store, and they forgot my the part to fix my screen...At this point, I've gone almost three weeks dealing with the situation, being tossed back and forth between a guy named [redacted], [redacted] (The Manager, and the only helpful person there...), and the business owner, who wants to try and make himself feel better by saying they'll give me a partial refund if I'm patient with them. But no one there communicates with the customers, and I'm tired of being patient. It's been a cluster dealing with this company, and I'm just so upset and tired of it. This is the worst situation I've ever been involved with with any business.Desired Settlement: I just think this needs to be looked into. The whole thing is run rather poorly, with no communication on anyones part. People don't deserved to be jerked around like this, especially when they've paid for things to be fixed. $183 isn't a small sum of money, especially for someone like me who works part time at [redacted] and gets just over minimum wage.
