At this time, I have been contacted directly by I-Ella regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The business contacted to me make me aware that my payment was refunded in full which was true, however they still have neglected to send the complimentary bag that they offered as a courtesy for neglecting to send me the goods for eight weeks, and neglecting to give me any sort of tracking information to prove that there ever were any goods sent out in the first place

Review: I signed up to receive a subscription of a bag of various products once a month. This was 7-8 weeks ago and I still have not received any products or a refund. I emailed the company numerous times asking first for tracking information for the goods That I ordered, and then for an explanation and each time I got a response from customer service saying I would get the information about when the bag is shipping with in a few days, and each time getting no such information. Finally I emailed them to say that I was looking into taking legal action and they responded that I would get a full refund within five business days. That was just over five days ago and I emailed them again to say that I am fed up with them giving me the run around. The "founder" responded back to me saying that I would get a full refund "within the hour" and a complimentary bag for my trouble. Well that was about 8 hours ago and no such refund was made. Furthermore wheni emailed again to say there was still no refund, no one answered. I have the receipts from I-ella and [redacted] (both electronic) as well as all of the email corespondent e between me and their concierge and finally the "founder". This has been going on for 7-8 weeks, and was supposed to be a subscription for a gift bag delivery that you receive once a month. Thank youDesired Settlement: I would like a refund in the full amount of $69.00 and also the complimentary gift back that was later offered to me for "my trouble".

Review: I ordered a Spring Fling bag in April from I-ella.com. Payment posted shortly afterward, but I have yet to receive the package. I emailed several times. Initially, I was told that the bags would be shipping shortly and then I emailed again and was told that I was bumped up the list and given a tracking number on May *, 2014. The tracking number has had no activity. I emailed again several times and have yet to hear back from them. I emailed a few times this month and told them that I would like a refund. No one has contacted me.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund.

Review: Paid 140 dollars for the iella soho goft bag. Money was taken out of my account in February. After many emails, the company finally shipped the product in April, but shipped it to the wrong address. It was returned to sender. Emailed the company back and forth MANY more tines. Each time, they said they would look into it and either refund my money or send me the products I paid for. In July, they stopped responding to my emails. It is now mid august and I have no heard a word from them, despite me contacting them once a week.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my money back!!!

Review: I subscribed for a Starter Bag on The List by I-Ella. They sent me an invoice on May [redacted] 2014 for $69, which I paid promptly. I waited patiently for my "Starter Bag" for almost a month before I wrote to them. I got a response saying that they had me confirmed for a package which was being issued on [redacted] June 2014. I waited another week and regularly checked to see if I received a package. I finally gave up and wrote to them asking them to cancel my subscription from the following month. I received no response to that message. I also wrote to them saying I would proceed to file a complaint. No response, as expected.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a refund of the amount I paid them, i.e. $69.
