They are trying to get me to pay $500 deductible on insurance that they have not been paying it has been canceled since I got my car.
I had a fender bender and I went to go look at my insurance online and it appears that they have not been paying my insurance since I got my car from them.

Desired Outcome

I'm just asking that you don't go on my credit because the insurance is not there

i Finance Response • Jun 23, 2020

If you have Insurance through a 3rd party*** you pay them direct. If your insurance cancelled and you fell back on our plan you pay us directly . In either circumstances there is a deductible of $500

This company will repossess your vehicle even if you paid your note. They go into your banking account without authorization and will even call your bank acting like they are the account holder to discuss personal information. If they repossess your vehicle they will destroy everything that belongs to you and say the tow company have done it in which the tow company has never done this.
The men who owns this company are *** as well as the office staff. The cars have mechanic problems and they have on every car 12 tracking devices on every car

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) My baby items and marriage certificate was destroyed and needs to be replaced

i Finance Response • Jan 30, 2020

I would have disagree with *** statements. Vehicles would only be repossesed if they were past due. Never has a car been repossesed when someone is current on there payments. We never took any funds from *** or contacted his bank on his behalf. We did contact his bank regarding a credit card charge *** made to us and falsley said it was a fraudulent charge which it was not. His bank agreed the charge was not fraud as we had a recorded phone conversation with*** identifying himself and asking him to run his card for the payment amount. If your vehicle is repossesed we will keep personal property for the alotted time per our contract. We sell used cars and there is an opportunity for them to have mechanical problems as they are mechanical in nature. We do provide a warranty in writing on each car we sell . *** had the same warranty on his vehicle.

I have been calling I Finance about the location of where my car is at so I can get the items out my car.
I have been calling I Finance all today to see where my car is at and they're saying they don't know. Then, I called again bc the lady said she should know later on; she then says she don't know and she has to ask April. I called again and they said April will give me a call. She never calls all these times I am calling them; then, I call again and a man get on the phone and says that why didn't I call the number he gave me... THEY NEVER GAVE ME A NUMBER TO CALL ANYONE. So, he then gets on the phone and says April will call. This car has been repoed, how you don't know where the car is at that Y'ALL repoed? I have all of my important information in the car; my birth certificate, ssc, etc... and they act like they cannot do one simple thing and call the Tow company and get the number so that I can get all of my stuff out of there. I am getting reeeaaaalllll agitated. It's only one simple thing they have to do!

Desired Outcome

I am asking to speak with Corey S, MAYBE HE CAN TELL ME WHERE THE CAR IS SO I CAN GET ALL MY STUFF OUT OF IT!

Over paying for a 10year old car and not telling to whole price of car.
On February 21 I paid $1,000 for a Toyota Camry. Daniel never told me what the whole price if the car would be. The whole price if the car was $15, 096 was with tax with out it was $13,000 even . Not to mention that $1,000 didn't even go to the car .I was to pay $207.62 every two weeks. After 8 months of doing so . I wanted to trade the car in for something cheaper went to a different car lot to find out that ifinance isn't even reporting my car payments on my credit report. I feel like I was already over paying because @207.62 for 4 weeks is $415.24. But sometimes I got paid 3 times in a month So that's $622.86 which is wayyy to much money. So I decided to let it go back . Now they are harassing me thinking I'm about to pay them any more money. I feel like I was scammed had I knew that the car was that much I would have never gotten it. I also feel they need to report my car payments to the credit report . That was my only reason for getting a car in the first place.

Desired Outcome

They need to fix what the pricing of the vehicle is I've already paid too much and they think I'm going to pay them an additional 11,633.92 . And I'm not because I'm expecting a third child within the next month and I refuse to pay 400 -600for a car that is 10 years old.

i Finance Response • Dec 31, 2019

All of our vehicles are priced market average. We are very transparent about the price of our vehicles. The total cost of the vehicle is displayed on the first page of the contract. We strive to make our vehicles affordable for everyone. The national average monthly note for a vehicle is $523 - OUR monthly notes average $400 with only a three year financing term. *** knew and agreed to the payments when signing the contract.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
First off they rush you to sign the paper work so they need not lie and say what I did or didn't know. Secondly they are lying about the pricing
every vehicle has a bluebook value and the car is an 09 so they know darn well 15,000 is not it. They are also lying about what the national car payments are as well. The car payments depend of the year and model of the vehicle. I had a 2012 Mazda and my car note was 271.00 a month. Then they try to black mail and threatening you over a vehicle you have back. Like I said I'm not paying them to not put my car payments on my credit score. The pricing is wayyy to high and I can go elsewhere and not pay that much for the same car.

Was sold a van that was a piece of junk with known issues
My problems with Ifinance Nesbit started day 1 when I purchased a Nissan Quest from them. I was lured into a false sense of security with them and assured by the manager Becky that she would have them fixed no problem. Had the van less then a month and the radiator blew up then all repair costs were tacked onto my balance which I did not agree to. Check engine light was on when bought which was a random misfire as well as what I found out later the wheel bearings are bad which is very unsafe to drive in that condition

The manager Becky assured me that all pre existing problems would be fixed and they were not. Brought up that issue to her and suddenly she doesnt remember having that conversation. She offers a contractual warranty which is absolutely no good, just a way to suck someone into buying a piece of junk vehicle

I pulled a car report and found out that my vehicle was in a accident at one time and that was never revealed. IFinance Nesbit sold me a lemon!!!! There is a reason this business has a F rating and very convenient that it has been auctioned off in a matter of days

Desired Outcome

I want a FULL refund of each and every dime I paid that place

i Finance Response • Nov 14, 2019

signed a conditional delivery agreement at the point of sale, agreeing to purchase the vehicle in the condition it was in. There was no verbal or written agreement to do any work on the vehicle prior to the point of sale. The 'We Owe' document, signed by ***, clearly states 'nothing owed to the customer'. *** has had some mechanical issues in 2018 that were addressed and we allowed him to finance the repair charges since he was unable to pay the balance in full - This was done as a courtesy to him. As of October 2, 2019 *** stated via email to a member of my staff that he can no longer afford the vehicle since he can not pay for the repairs.

Becky gave me a verbal agreement when I bought the vehicle to fix the issues addressed via the check engine light and bad bearings. Did she fix them,. No she did not. The radiator was a covered item under their contractual warranty yet as a courtesy they financed the charges and put it on my balance. Ifinance sold me a piece of junk with known issues.

Unable to drive car without a license plate. Found out that the company did not apply for the plate with the dept of finance as well as the ***
On April 29, 2019 I purchased the *** from I Finance. The car has been trouble ever since as well as the company. My car stopped the second day. The dealership wanted me to pay for it while under warranty. 2nd I Finance stole $151.00 out of my step dad's account. He only provided his card for the down payment, he was not a co signer. Then the car theft lock system shut down because that model car has a built in remote. It needs to have a remote to unlock doors but I was never given one. I had to pay $385.oo for a locksmith/ key remote. Finally, I have been given the run around about applying for the license plate. My mom called, I called all they can say is the person that does that is on vacation. Its been over 2 months. I called both *** as well as Tennessee, both has not received any paperwork for the vehicle registration. I have no title nor application. This place has illegal business practices. I would like my money back and forget I ever met these people because they are crooks.

Desired Outcome

Just for the business to be investigated and I would like my money back. I dont want this car.

All of the repairs were fixed under warranty with no deductible charged. We also waived a $300 down payment pickup that was due . The tags are in from the state of TN. Unfortunatley we have no contrtol over the time frames the state processes tags. The $151 dollar Credit card charge was made over the automated CC system by the customer. Spoke with the customer today and he said this complaint was made by his mother not the customer in question. He is happy with his vehicle situation.

They never answer the phone when I call, but are sure they call me when it's time to pay up. Even after I leave voicemails, they still don't call bac
I have been having problems with my car since I drove off the lot with it. I was told that every car on the lot is checked out before being sold. I was also told that I couldn't take my car anywhere but to them if I needed any maintenance. Every since that day, which was about a year ago, they've been hard to get in touch with. I've had to call other local I finances just to get in touch with them. My car has been having mechanical issue that haven't been taken care of because they won't answer. Recently, I had to ask my mother to call them using her number and they answered with no hesitation. That was the only way I got a chance to get my car into their shop. Every since I dropped it off at their shop, they're still not answering any of my calls. They hadn't even called & given me a status on my car. All I know is that it's in their possession. I never miss a payment & is always on time even though I'm being charged 10,000 over the selling price of this used vehicle that barely runs right. I've been dealing with this for over a year now and I'm tired of paying for something that doesn't work right and can never get fixed. It's bad enough that they don't report your payments to your credit like they say they do.

Desired Outcome

I just want out of the contract or an exchange/store credit.

The vehicle was brought in and looked at by our shop. The problem was determined to be a Mass Airflow sensor. Thye cost to replace the sensor is $217.00 . This sensor is not covered under the contractual warranty. We would be happy to finance the repair to the customer .

When I first bought the car my brakes were broken. I got charged $55 extra on my car note bc I lost coverage of my car. No salesman told me abt my tag
When I first bought my car I specifically told Daniel that I did not want to deal with a car with messed up brakes or engine. Major damages. He told me everything will be ok and all their cars comes fixed. Then, I asked him about my tags and he did not inform me that I would have to pay for my tags. He also did not inform me that I would get an extra charge to my car note if I do not keep my insurance. I was, however, told that I am required to have full coverage insurance. I can also change my insurance as well. So, the first day I bought the car I test drove it but when you test drive the car you cannot hear the real damages on the dirt road they call a street in Nesbit, MS. So, I did not have to press on my brakes until I use full acceleration. So, when I test drove the car I did not hear how bad my brakes were until I was on an interstate ( a road that needed such acceleration). So, I bought the car thinking everything was fine. One thing I hate is a *** and I feel like Daniel lied to me. As soon as I got on the interstate and heard my brakes I called Daniel to inform him that my brakes was messes up. He told me that he would inform the dealership and they would pay to get my brakes fixed since I just (literally JUST) got the car. Three days goes by after I drop my car off at their car mechanic man and he says that they fixed my car but when I got up there and drive off the lot I still hear how bad my brakes sound. So I called Daniel again and he said they should have fixed them but bring my car back up there and they will fix them. So thats what I do. But, then I wait more and more days so I call them and I am like can I just get a refund bc I just got the car and I only drove the car once and that was to take it to the dealership. He is like we cannot do that? I'm like why not? He is like bc his manager Kara said I cannot get a refund after I already signed off for the car. So now I am stuck with this car that has messed up brakes (mind you the brakes was so bad I almost wrecked the car which is why I called Daniel the first day, which is the day I bought it, it happened). So I ask them well are they going to pay to get it fix they denied that as well bc they say it is not in my WARRANTY... my warranty... so... I just say *** bc I cannot use the Lemon Law to sue. So I will pay out of my pocket to fix this brand new used car that I just bought. So, we go on to me calling about my tags and they say that it states in my contract that I have to pay for my tags. One, they never told me that when I bought the car only that my tags come there and two, it doesn't say that in my contract. So then they threaten to send my tags back and I ask where can I go buy my tags from bc y'all charged me $55 extra to my car note so now I am paying $255 bi weekly for my car. That's almost $715 a month for a 2006 Honda Cr-v and I am only 21 years old. I have a lot on my plate as is. I go to school, I work, I pay tuition, and I pay bills. This is so messed up. I cannot see how anyone see how this is appropriate. I went as far a *** Co-Founder bc I am not the only one this has happened to. Daniel and Kara are, to me, unprofessional and they lied to me multiple times. I am so sad I am stuck with this car and it has so many damages under the hood and my warranty doesn't cover any of it. At this point I just really really do not want anything to do with this company. It is always something new. It's a disappointment bc all I really wanted was help.

Desired Outcome

I would like to speak to the Co-Founder of this establishment and I want him to solve this. Please and thank you.

Contact Name and Title: Becky H Manager
Contact Phone: ***
Contractually customers have to maintain full coverage insurance on their vehicles or we have to apply our collateral protection insurance to keep the vehicle insured. The customer can carry full coverage insurance and will not be charged $50 bi weekly for ***. All customers are advised their TN tags come in 2-3 weeks after purchase, as well as the purchase price. The vehicle was brought the shop shortly after purchase due to complaints from the customer's personal mechanic stating there was a problem with the brakes. Our shop manager checked the vehicle out and the determined the brake pads were had the appropriate thickness and rotors were in good shape. We gave the customer the option to finance new brakes since this was an elective repair and she declined. We are still extending this option to her, but have not had communication from the customer to schedule another shop appointment.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I do not accept this response because when I told them about my brakes Daniel said *** will pay to get them fixed because I just received the car. However, when I took it up to the shop the first time they lied and said nothing was wrong with them and I literally hear my brakes screeching and THEN, I took it to my *** paid them to check and see what was wrong with my car and *** behold they said my brakes and rotors so I took the car back to them and told Daniel that they mechanic lied and brought full proof that it is messed up. And they called and told me that I have to pay since I signed the contract even though I called and told theymabout the issue the same day I bought the car. I was not about to set up another shoo appointment with a bunch of *** and have to pay them $600 like the guy said at their shop to pay to get my back brakes and rotors fixed. How can you sit on here and lie like this. This is why I have a problem with you guys. You lied to my face too many times. I do not have a problem paying for my tags it's the communication issue. Kayla or Carla or whoever in charge even sat there on the phone and said they are not paying to fix my brakes because my warranty does not cover it. I even asked for a refund the same day. Folks are a bunch of *** and I want to speak to the OWNER. I even asked to speak to him and they said they have no way of contacting the OWNER of *** It's so sad and irritating. I am only 22 years old and dealing with this *** for the rest of my life on my credit.

I bought a car on October 4 of last year they were supposed to fix everything that was wrong with the car. My car broke down again and now they are telling me things that are wrong with the car but not showing me paperwork on it. They also said that it was the alternator and that the car would catch on fire if a crank it to see if it's my radiator. My mechanic told me that it was the radiator but then the car quit on me and it was sounded like the fuel pump . I have been trying to talk with someone about this car for a week a little over a week. my car was towed to their mechanic shop on December 28th of 2018. I believe they sold me a lemon and I don't want to resolve it.

Desired Outcome

Repair I would like for them to fix the car or give me another car and credit for what I have paid for the lemon. Or just give me my money back and let me be done with this situation. They are unprofessional. I pay my car note on time but I refused to keep paying for a car that was not up to part From the beginning

i Finance Response • Jan 14, 2019

The car is @ our shop . The mechanic determined the car needs a new alternator. It starts sparking and smoking while running creating a fire hazard. The alternator needs to be fixed first before we can continue any additional diagnostic testing. The alternator is not covered under the contactual warranty. After the alternator has been fixed we can continue diagnosing any additional problems that need to be addressed under the Warranty.

Customer Response • Jan 18, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
When an alternator is going out the battery let's you know, I have never had to get a boost off. The car cut off and just would not crack back up. The alternator and battery was fine before it got to the shop. The radiator hose is broke from the radiator itself. They are not listening to what imI saying and is dismissing the fact that I have been having problems with the car since I had it. The owner told me it is not a 90 day lemon law.

i Finance Response • Jan 25, 2019

The car needs an alternator beofre any other potential issues can be tested .

I bought my Nissan Pathfinder 2005 04/27/2018 3 hours later from the time I got it I have had multiple problem with this truck. I asked for a new car that day , but they refused to give me a different vehicle or be reasonable. I have been having multiple issue with my truck since then they have offered to repair it but it has been one problem after the next. It recently has been towed in late July early august due to lack of payments. I wasnt making payments because the buisness was not notifing me when they were suppose to be due. I also did not recieve any notice that it was towed. In order for me to get my truck back I had to pay 600$.There is not any paperwork to explained it if the 600$ was for car payments or the towing fee. I was able to get my truck back. IT is now 11/04/2018 and this dealerships say I owe 1900$ due to maintaince and car note/payments. They are charging me for maintaince on the car that they fix, but I should not have been charged because they sold me the truck like even when I asked for a new truck that same day. THey gave me limited warranty stating that thae dealership will pay a percentage of labor and parts but that information is left blank on my buyers guide and for a duration it is also not stated. there is an We OWe section that is only available for 30 days, where if maintaince is done within 30 days of the issurance date the dealer owes me. Every time I went to get it fixed it was during the 30days period time.

Billing Adjustment out of the 1900$ i want the maintance taking care for by the company. i want recipts provided for all previous work done on the car since i had it.I also would like notification emails when payments are due and recipts for when i make a payment. i should only owe/pay 800$ for car payments out of the 1900$

If are any other mechanical issues that need to be addressed we will gladly look at them if *** brings in the vehicle.

I have also attached the "We Owe" form which*** referenced. This form explains if there is anything owed by the dealership at point of sale in regards to repairs. Myself and my wife started paying our bill, which is due every 2 weeks ahead of time before payment was due for 2-3 months which during this time our vehicle would get shut off as if we were not paying, paying late, or tried to say we owed shop fees multiple times which I complained. 2 specific nights while on family outings with our kids our car was shut off during the hours of 11-2 and there was no one we could talk to. I called cameron direct line to get hung up on then no amswer nor replies to my voicemails. Recently, our car was towed we got behind a week and a half. We stayed in touch whenever they called they worked with us until Wednesday Oct 10. My wife was handling payments, so when she talked to them this day and following day Thursday to make due payment they would not accept because they added extra charge claiming shop bill, the vehicle has never been in shop for any repairs, which also I have to perform on my own because Ifinance doesnt offer loaner vehicle or rental help for car being repaired at their shop to compliment paying customers, we were not comfortable with being over charged and we were not paying excess fees only our due payment which they did not accept. They towed our car Friday the day of our next due payment which we now owe plus tow fee.I am complaining of infair business practice rude customer service from manager Becky Hnd aggressive business tactics to get more money from customers. Vehicle also had knocking issues. I feel vehicle wasnt properly inspected or cared for while in their possesion on the lot

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) I would rather receive all payments made due to our early strains and frustrations with vehicle and company as a refund to put down on new vehicle else where and no longer do any business with company and return car to them. Or, adjust my payments for only the car payment due and no tow fee nor excess fees thay have tried to charge us for

Ifinance sold me a silver 2012 Chevy Cruze for $15,432. that had severe electrical problems because of water damage from a hurricane I lost several jobs because I constantly had to take off just to try to get the car fixed at the shop just so I could try to keep my jobs. I kept asking them about the hole in the car and why certain things stopped working BECAUSE the car got wet (washed car or rain) but they always stated that they didn't know I never left them out the loop when I lost a job because of them but John the manager always said "well the payment still due and it's not going down" all I would say is "I just started this new job I lost my other one because of the car issue so can I just be a week late I'll catch it back up when I get my first check" he always had a issue with it so I had to go borrow money because he didn't want me to be late even though the problems with the car occurred BEFORE I even put down on the car John would cut the car off (kill switch) before promised I asked him to give me until 3P to get the rest of the money because I couldn't pick my check up until after 3 o'clock it off at 2p The last time I took it to they shop on Lamar in Memphis they just messed the car up worst than what it was I got the car checked out before I took it to the shop and I gave them the print out it was a mass air flow sensor but when I got the car back it was way worst than what it was so make a long story short they wanted me to pay the $550 car note but they didn't want to fix my car they just cut the check engine light off like twice and when I asked the mechanic about it he admitted to it then he called ifinance and Eric asked me to not say anything to them THEY REFUSED TO FIX THE CAR BUT WANTED A PAYMENT I LOST MY FINAL JOB BECAUSE THEY PULLED MY CAR ALL THEY HAD TO DO EAS FIX THE CAR AND LET ME BE ONLY A WEEK LATE TO GET THE REST OF THE MONEY I WAS SHORT BECAUSE I HAD TO BUY A BATTERY AND SOME TIRES AND I EXPLAINED THIS TO JOHN AND HE DIDN'T CARR.....

Refund I just want my money back I paid on the car including $650 deposit and $300 for tags I payed over $4000 it's just pathetic that the whole time I had the car its been in and out the shop and I kept loosing jobs because I had to take off I understand if I didn't let them know anything but I talked to John and he told me himself that it was an occuring problem that happened before I got the car then he over charged me for the car knowing it's nowhere near worth $15,432. I NEED MY MONEY BACK.....I WANT A REFUND!

I purchased a cat from this company and less than 4months the transmission went out.

I purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion in November of 2017.March 2018 the transmission went. The company wanted me to pay for the repairs when obviously something was wrong from the start.I continuously called for updates on the car. They refused to lend me a vehicle to drive while they had mines. They wouldn't even given me a date on when it would be fixed. The company is constantly harassing for payments on the car after they've sold it.

Desired Outcome

To stop harassing me for money for a car that they 'resold

I purchased a 2012 DODGE AVENGER from I-finance on February 22, 2018. The first car note was due on March 16, 2018 for a total of 268.00. By February 24 the car did not crank. I didn't have the car for 48 hours before the car just would not crank up. They towed the car to their shop and figured out it was the starter. Then three days after getting the car back, all the lights died in the car. Got a mechanic to look at it and found out that the alternator was bad, so I bought a new one and paid for it to get put on the car. I was able to drive on the car for about a week and then the car started running hot and the engine started shaking. Went to autozone and put it on the machine, the machine stated that the car had multiple misfires in the right cylinder. So to eliminate that I paid a mechanic 60.00 to change the spark plugs and wires. It ran okay up until March 16, 2018 and it ran hot again this time in Atlanta. So I bought a thermostat and got that put on for 50.00. The car didn't run hot at all, but when I got back to Mississippi, it started all over again, but this time I was on the freeway and the car started over heating and the engine shaking and the check engine light popped back on. I ended up getting the car towed for 150.00 to the house and Ifinance came to pick up the car and stated that it needed two sensors, a valve cover, and new spark plugs. Note the spark plugs just got changed. So after all that got fixed, Becky charged me 400 dollars for service repairs and stated that after this if the car messed up anymore, they would put me in something else. Well, the car started over heating again and I called the mechanic and upon pulling the spark plugs out, they were covered in water and antifreeze. These people got the car I told them if I can get something else, I don't want the car. It has not been 60 days and I have bought an axle for the passenger side and paid for work under the hood. I refuse to pay for a car that is not up to standard. It is 4/23 and someone else has the car.

Desired Outcome

Replacement I want another car, or nothing at all.
