Review: In November, I took my phone for the screen to be repaired on my IPHONE I'm which I aid and was quoted 100.00 to fix the screen plus given a six month warranty on the repair. Within a week the whole screen feel off the phone, broke completely with no damage and the phone was unusable. I went back explained situation the owner explained that he didn't care it was under warranty, but would fix it after having to argue with him, for not fixing the device properly and it being under warranty. He ended up fixing it but told me NEVER to come back to business again he will not deal withe. Two days later same thing happen , screen fell off and phone completely broken and unusable. Again I explained there was no damage to the phone it was not being fixed right and I have a warrAnty, he refused to fix it said to take it to court because he knows I won't be able to pay for a lawyer and refused to even discuss matter. Needless to say he failed to fix the phone properly, refund money, or honor warranty actually taking warranty from me and refused to give it back.Desired Settlement: I would like the money refunded I paid for the repair which was not repaired correctly twice , makingy phone completely unusable and had to purchase a new phone.
To whom it my concernHi,this is [redacted] manager of ifix and repair store at Mckinley mall I just received your letter first of all thanks for your concern about this matter first of all let me explain about this person who is not even my customer cause there more kiosk at different mall who offer same service like us so to prevent misunderstandings we always ask a customer for there paper work before we even continue helping and resolve issue matter like this but this person came to our store right after we had lake effect storm and I asked her if she has her warranty any proof of service we provided to her but she had nothing so ask her to bring and I will take care of her instead she start screaming crying create a very uncomfortable commotion at store so I fixed her phone with good faith for no charge even she had proof of purchase even though on my warranty it says clearly if its dropped and cracked screen it voids warranty and I did showed it to her that day her screen was shattered and I did told her that we will not going to offer any future business if she dont have paperwork with her guess what she showed up at again in few day on Black Thursday with same issue cracked screen badly and anyone can tell that she dropped it on floor so I refused to give her my service to her and she created same thing again but luckily cop was passing by and I explained him and he ask her to leave from store and file complaints or go to small claim court to dispute but my service is fair to all customer
