Review: I purchased a bedroom set from this company on March 26, 2013. The dressers and bed were delivered damaged on March 27, 2013. Both dressers were damage and the dresser mirror was missing on delivery day and they never informed me they did not have the mirror. Then they tried to get me to sign something saying everything was delivered. I called every 2 weeks to check the status and they gave me the run around saying “it is backordered”. At the time of purchase they said they had all items in the bedroom set. It has been 3 months and I still have not received the mirror or any resolution to this issue. The owner(s) will not respond when I try to contact the store.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the missing item that I already purchased OR a full refund for the price of the missing item.

Review: I contacted [redacted] at Ifurnish on 03/05/13 requesting a quote on some furnisher. We communicated via email from 03/05 to 03/07 before I visted the store on 03/10/13 [redacted] and I communicated via email approximately 20 times. I went into the store on 03/10 and worked with [redacted] to try to get financed. After trying the first financing option and was declined, we decided to do the "no credit" check option. I signed the paperwork providing [redacted] with a voided check and banking information and she told me they required a $100 deposit, so I without hesitation, gave them the deposit. The next day on on 03/11 I also provided [redacted] via email a copy of my paystub as she requested. After a couple days of not hearing from [redacted] I requested that she go ahead and process my refund. On 03/13 @ 3:10 I received an email from [redacted] at my work email address that she could get this deal completed if I forwarded her a copy of my most receipt bank statement, on 03/14 I submitted to [redacted] a copy of my most recent bank statement. After submitting all of my paperwork, communication from [redacted] ceased. I have emailed [redacted] on 3/16, emailed her on the 17th, called her again on the 18th, 19th and 20th requesting a refund. Each time I called her number a man answered taking a message and told me he would have [redacted] call me back. No call back as of 03/21/13.

The item I was to purchase was a bed and mattress set. I have been without a bed trying to work with Ifurnish for almost a month with no good results. The communication is well below satisfactory and from what I've heard, this company has a history of promising customers things and keeping their money.

This process has caused me to have a lot of stress and mental anguish.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund.
