I- Gadget Cypress

Review: I purchased a used cell phone on [redacted] that was in Excellent Working Condition, the only thing was the cell phone screen was cracked and it was stated in the ad. So I also order the touch screen digitizer glass lens, along with front cover housing frame to make the cell phone look brand new. But again every single thing was in 100% complete working order. Just the screen needed to be replaced! I used the cell phone up until I decided to take it to the repair shop to replace the screen and change the front housing. On [redacted] a little after noon I dropped my cell phone and all my brand new parts off for the phone at I-Gadget Cypress and spoke with [redacted]even asked me how was my phone. I informed him that the cell phone was on and that it is in 100% working condition and he could check it out, because everything is working on my phone when I dropped it off, my screen is just cracked. Then I asked the cost and how long will it take to be fixed. [redacted]stated "One Day and he will call me when it was ready." Well one day of service lead to nine days later which was [redacted] around [redacted] after numerous of calls and pop ups at the store from me. Once I finally made it home around [redacted] I had to put the cell phone on the charger because the battery was dead from being gone for nine days. When the phone finally got some power to turn on so I could check it out! Immediately I noticed PROBLEMS!!!! I HAD NO SOUND, etc, POWER BUTTON ON/ OFF DIDN'T WORK, VOLUME BUTTONS DIDN'T WORK , NO CAMERA ON SCREEN NOR SIDE BUTTONS DIDN'T WORK. I hurry up and called [redacted]back at this time it was [redacted] because I knew they closed at [redacted]. The first time no answer, 2nd call, so I called again and put a friend on three way to listen. Went to voice mail I left a detail message angry that my cell was know broken with all these problems now. 3rd call [redacted]said bring it back on [redacted] that morning. Went back and know they are trying to say, I brought the phone to the shop like that and refuse to fix and refund my money!!Desired Settlement: I would like the truth, refund and the total cost I have to pay a professional technician to repair my phone that they damaged $150.00. I have already talked and went to three different technician that have 10 to 20 years of experience in repairing cell phones and they all have said the exact same thing. "THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND THEY DAMAGE MY MAIN FLEX CABLES, VOLUME CABLES,AND CAMERA CABLES IN MY PHONE. THEY COULD TELL THINGS WERE BROKEN OFF INSIDE MY PHONE ONCE THEY OPEN
