For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I did not change my mind, when I sat down that was the shape I asked forI have a picture I took of the sign on the window that does not state of an extra $chargeThere are also multiple Facebook post where I have screenshots of, an employee there talking about the situationIf they’re a professional salon why is an employee posting on Facebook about the situation as well as calling another employee (the person that did my nails) a sinial old ladyYes I did tell them I was going to report them to Revdex.com because they started to yell at meOrdering my to pay the $not the $I was mistreated and humiliated by the way they talked to me

On September 4th 2017, this particular customer came into our nail salon for a touch up job which she had it done from somewhere elseShe demanded us to cut shorter and change the shape after her nails were doneWe tried our best to satisfy the shape that she wanted, but she was not
satisfied with the jobWe also ask if a different nail tech can take care for her, but she refused to give us a chance to accommodate her needsWe charge her $for cut and reshape the nails according to the price list that we showed her, but she start complaining Non-StopShe also threatened that she will report to the Revdex.com
We are professionals working in this nail salon for over yearsWe try our best but cannot please 100% of customers at 100% of the timeThank you for your consideration, all the best
