My experience was with Ben F[redacted] for the majority of my stay in the rental property and he was EXTREMELY unprofessional. among other things, when a room in the home flooded, he neglected to take care of the problem and possible mold that would later cause damage to the home and told us to "just let it air dry". It took months into the lease for the walls to be painted, even though they were supposed to be painted before move in. He refused to let myself and other renters of the home be present during the walk through inspection when we were moving out of the home even though we mentioned he was legally obligated. He never showed up and said he would not do it while we were there. After making a complaint to his boss at I go urban realty, who is Jeff (I do not know his last name) Jeff was EVEN MORE unprofessional, calling myself and the other renters of the home insulting names and yelling at me on the phone. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone EVER.

Review: I recently had rented a home from this realty company for past year and a half. Since Feb 2012 we have had serious issues. In our lease it stated we pool service and landscape is included in the rent. I saw land scape 4 times and had to email [redacted] many times to find out where the landscape was. There were many times I emailed or called about the pool service not coming out and the pool turned green several times. The worst was this month on August 26th our roof sprung a very bad leak and was pouring from the ceiling which I took a video off. To date the roof is not fixed mildew has grown on carpet and mold in the ceiling, when I addressed this he stated when he came to look at it my husband mentioned it wasn't an issue as he moved electronics, meaning our things were not ruined it is still a huge issue with mold and mildew growing!! That same day I let him know that the pool service has not shown up, he finally got someone out there to look at pool and service it on September 13 but for 3 weeks it was green attracting mosquitoes and bugs. There was also a air condition unit in the house that gave out that again on august 26th I made him aware of and has yet to be fixed then the larger air condition started going out making house very hot!! Becasue of these very serious issues and nothing being addressed we moved out last weekend. The other very concerning thing is they have had 4 different pool services since we have lived there, one pool service called me to tell me that [redacted] cancled the pool service as they were selling the house, which is also not true, they have moved their physical office 4 times and gone through 3 other landscaping companies. None of the agreements in the lease were upheld by them so we will not be finishing out our lease, especially becasue the house is now a health hazard, the add on room was not built to code which is im sure wht the roof started coming in. Their whole bussienss is very concerningDesired Settlement: I just want to be let out of my lease without him coming after me for more money since the rest of the lease agreements were not up held by him after several complainats and the services I was paying for in rent were not rendered unless I complained enough. Living in a house where things are molding and mildew,there was no air. The house should not be rented out to ANYONE unitl an inspector goes out there and the house is brought to code

[redacted], attached is your security deposit statement showing the status of your deposits. There is a slight shortage after all the repairs have been completed. In addition we never received October rent. The refrigerator was brand new when you moved in. Instead of buying a new one I found a refurbished one which was a fraction of the cost.
