Quartz countertop and European cabinets
The iGranite crew came in highly recommended by a co-worker, I can see the craftsmanship and attention to detail. The office team helped us make the best decision for our overall budget and the exact vision we wanted to achieve. We love the quartz countertops and cabinets.

Sloppy work
Would not recommend. Poor workmanship. Nothing more needs to be said.

Guys came and installed our pieces last Saturday, they did an amazing job. Could not be more satisfy and happy with the results. We had a very complicated island custom piece with off sets and cut offs and the installers fit it to perfection. It looks amazing and will totally recommend this guys to anyone... very happy with the result and the price was unbeatable by anyone after doing a lot of research. They were also able to get out pieces cut and installed within 2 days... AMAZING

We called to get a tech out to the property to do measurements, he brought out small samples. My wife and I decided to go to the showroom once we got a cost for the job, we fell in love with the piece of stone at the showroom and decided to pull the trigger on the job. We signed a contract placed deposit and where static about the 4 day turn around after we signed. Installers showed up the day of the job 30 minutes late (i live in Richmond near Fulsher) it would have been great to get a phone call but over all I am very impressed with the quality and the speed.
The crew was amazing and the recommendations from the sales rep paid off! Ill be recommending them and using them from my bathrooms.

Great work fast clean and cost friendly! Very knowledgeable crew very pleased with the stress free process. We got installed 3 days after the measurements were taken.

Igranite was totally painless from the time I went to their shop, to the person who came on time to measure, to the guys who came out today on time to install. Their $ was way below anyone else’s so I had them do the backsplash too. We had a seam in the granite that lined up well. Great experience at an extremely affordable price.

STAY AWAY!!! Instead of 1 solid piece they scabbed in 2 pieces, shoddy work.

This was all explained to you in reference to the seam in the sink area This was elaborated to you by one of our supervisors. If you did not want the seam we told you that there were two other options of either awaiting till we received more material on hand or to switch to another color that was in stock to be able to that section with out a seam.
Our install crew made sure that the seam had no issues the day we left after the install was completed, we have not received anything in claims in reference to an issue after install.

My very first order they cancel because they couldn’t get the product and they refused to refund my full deposit so I tried to work with them and the second order I purchase Burch cabinets, well when they came to assembly the cabinets::the begin on the oven cabinets which was press wood the guy started screwing the cabinets and as he screw with a scre driver not a drill the cabinets immediately started crack and crumbled. I called I granite and sent some of the pictures that I took... they were rude and he insisted that I let the guys install those cabinets.. the cabinets total 12,000 with discount to almost 9,000 I put almost 6,000 dollars in deposit down.I told I granite that I wanted quality cabinets that they promised me or give me back my deposit. Itook pictures and videos of the cabinets and sent them to *** at I granit but he still insisted that I allow them to install those cabinets but I said no and they left. *** text me and is charging me almost 2000 for cabinets that his team open and cracked and restocking of cabinets and granite. That’s not fair to attempt to give me bad product and charges me when they defaulted on our agreement

has been to our showroom in two occasions the first occasion was when she placed the order, the second occasion was after a measuring-tech from iGranite took final measurements of the kitchen and we had to add four cabinets and do some changes to the layout of the kitchen therefore raising the bottom line cost. *** worked with *** despite the measurement discrepancies to get to a cost and apply all discount that were available to work within her budget even though there was changes on the measurements and layouts. On both occasions that she came to the iGranite showroom she saw the sample doors of all the cabinets that we carry, on the back of each sample door from the manufacture that she decided too go with shows what the cabinets are made out of plywood birch and the thickness (I am attaching a picture of the cabinet door sample front and back).

*** also gave *** the manufactures number and address so she can call and or visit so if she had any other questions regarding the product or concerns that we weren't answering correctly they could give her the information or guide her to the direction. We have a signed contract and PO with *** where it states that all cabinets sales once are assembled they are final sale and all other un-opened boxes are subject to a 25% restocking fee on material cost. We have one box open and assembled and all other are charged with a 25% re-stocking fee. We are willing to work with *** to get this project installed iGranite will even include a 5 year protection plan on her cabinets that she has paid for which is Espresso Shaker Birch Plywood only.

If *** does not want iGranite to do any of the work we will cancel her contract for the amount of $1180.00.

I am requesting that if we are not able to come to a full agreement I am requesting a full refund of my deposit on kitchen cabinets, installed and not to be changed for restocking or cancellation due to the fault . If so I am willing to pay and keeping the granite, but would like to cancel the install on the granite, with cancellation no charges applied due to IGranite default in our agreement, granite is to be cut and detailed as ordered ,ready and loaded on my trailer for picki up with no extra charges.

Its unfortunate you feel that way and you have every right to contact fema , but we provided the cabinets made from 5/8 birch ply we weren't allowed to even proceed with the install to complete assembly and do any repairs as nessesary. We have given many options to give peace of mind to give good faith that we stand behind the product and our installation. But everything is stated on on contract we had in place. We even reduced the restock fee from our agreement , we have offered many other options and avenues to try to resolve or come to a agreement.

I had a very negative and bizarre experience with this I Granite. The counter top they installed in my kitchen started to come apart at the seam within a few months. I called the company several times. Three times I was told to send pictures of the problem and they would send someone out. I sent pictures all three times and never heard anything. On one occasion they told me their work was only guaranteed for 3 months. I persisted and the last time I called they swore they never herd of me. Be very wary in dealing with this company. The workmanship is shoddy. They don't stand behind their work and to denied a customer's existence after a year of phone conversations and texts is just plain crooked.
