I received your complaint from Mr*** today
Attached are copies of the memo (which was printed on bright hot pink paper) which was posted at the mailboxes on April 9, 2015, and a letter dated April to the owner
of the unit at *** ** *** *** showing that the keys had not been pickedup
It is noted that this is not an apartment complexIt is a planned development with each unit individually ownedI & I Property Management does not manage the units; we manage the associationWe have no information on our records showing that Mr*** lives at the unit which is owned by a different personAll correspondence would have gone to the owner of the unit since we had no information on Mr***As noted on the letter to the owner, the residents shown are not Mr***We have had no response at this time to that letterAny verification of the resident should be in writing by the owner of the unit
We will make arrangements for Mr*** to pick up the keys since they must be signed for, after the owner of the unit gives permission for him to do thisInasmuch as we have no contractual connection with Mr***, all correspondence and arrangements must be made by the owner of the unit
I am sending a copy of this message to the manager of the *** *** Association and her administrative assistant
I & I Property Management manages the association only at the direction of the *** *** Board of Directors

I am writing in response to the recent complaint submitted to us regarding his account receiving
finesThis account received several letters regarding his property not being maintained beginning in April This address is being rented so the notices have been going to his tenants and to his property management officeThe Board of Directors has requested and invited the homeowner to attend the Community's Board meetings on April 23, and July 23, but the Board received no response regarding these invitations and homeowner did not attendThe issue of the violations do not have anything to do with not properly wateringWe understand the state mandated restrictions and the violations were solely on the fact that the yard was not being trimmed, edged, and weeded on a timely and consistent manner in accordance with the CC&Rs of the AssociationWe will be reaching out to the homeowner to help clarify this issue and make sure that we communicate to him that we too hope to have this issue resolved and work together on moving forwardWe feel that this matter can and will be handled directly with the owner and we will make sure we have a resolution for both the homeowner and the Homeowner's AssociationThank you for your consideration and patience regarding these complaints

My yard is well taken careI have even submitted pictures of the lawn in JulyBut still , I am getting fine of dollars every month as of todayI have Gardner that takes care of lawn on regular basesEven though , I am renting my houseBut I fully involved and I have property manager that takes care of the houseI will appreciate if I and I management can look over my account and dismiss the fines that are being charged on my account every month
