Problem:When I say lemon law what I'm talking about is the procedure that I am going through. The first truck did go through the procedure of lemon law. Now when I talk about arbitration then that something differant. The first truck did not go through arbitration we settled before that happend. What my complaint is that this process is taking to long. I have been doing everything that needs to be done. I gave the dealer more then enough time to fix my truck and they can fix it. I took the truck in march of 2015 for the same problems. At that time I only had 6,000 miles on truck they pushed it to the side and said they couldn't hear it. Now that its worst and they can hear it they can't fix it. What's worst is they expect me to wait till February 15th to have some one else look at it. That is to long I know the dealer is working with manufacturer on this but I'm the dealer customer. They need to press issue harder and help get it resolved faster. I want what I paid 40,000 dollars for. Desired Outcome: I'm now thinking I want my money back so I can take my business some where else. After the last reply from dealer it was just a reply to cover them selves..

I DO NOT WANT TO CONFUSE THE ISSUES BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER HAS MADE A COMPLAINT TO AUTO-CAP, HAS INFERRED ABOUT THE HAWAII LEMON LAW AND HAS MADE A COMPLAINT TO THE Revdex.com.  I DO NOT WANT TO GO BACK AND FORTH AND GET THE CUSTOMER FRUSTRATED.
I HAVE WORKED WITH MR. [redacted] ONCE BEFORE AND ONCE I GET A RESPONSE FROM THE MANUFACTURE I WILL HAVE A DIRECTION TO PURSUE.
