I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # *** I understand that things happen that are out of a company's control. However, the fact that my concerns were virtually ignored indicates a very different problem that has nothing to do with the shipping company. Poor customer service is unacceptable in any business and good communication, no matter the outcome, is essential.I still wanted this ring. If I had been notified immediately that there was a problem and someone was working to rectify it, I would have waited for the ring I never should have felt the need to contact the Revdex.com and the company does not deserve a good rating until they work on their policies Certainly, I am not the only one where this situation has occurred, so work needs to be done

Thank you for your patience. We have issued a refund for your order. Unfortunately, we had issues from our shipping provider and we have since changed out to a new provider which ships same day. We always want our customers to have a positive experience and unfortunately, one our team members also...

did not follow through with your support request. We have remedied the situation on our end with support going forward and the good news is that we made extreme changes back in December that caused these issues. We hope that you will visit us again but in the meantime, the credit that I sent through should be applied within 1-2 business days. Thank you again, [redacted]
