Dear *** ***, Business Consumer Relations: Thank you for the notification providing details regarding a complaint that was submitted to the Better Businesss Bureau Vasayo received the notification on Friday, August 21, and have taken steps to resolve the compaint and
provide valued customer service that go beyond Vasayo Policies and Procedures agreed to by *** *** when joining Vasayo which includes the Vasayo Refund and Return Policy Below is the email sent to *** *** from Vasayo following up with the refunds issued on 8/18/2017. Ms*** did not mention the orders placed in April or May for which there was not complaint which seems strange I have attached documentation for the orders along with proof of the refund(s) and the Vasayo Refund and Return Policy, and included the email sent to Ms*** from Vasayo today. It is unfortunate Ms*** did not have a pleasant experience with the company, but we hope the service and swift response to the complaint is satisfactory as well as an example of the Company's priority to quality and service. I have been told by them if I remove any bad comments or complaints about them in all places I will receive a refund. Therefore I am asking you to not post my complaint. I had also did a rating on your site, but it came back telling me if I did a complaint then the rating would not be posted. I just want to make sure that is the case and that will not be posted as well. However, if I do not receive the refund that they said they would give I will be contacting you again. I also told them I can try to ask you not to post it but I do not know what your practices are regarding that so if you do, it should not be held against me as not following the agreement to get the refundPlease let me know on this part if you are able to not post my complaint and ratingThank you.
