Review: I ordered a product on Jan. 5, 2013. Transaction charged my credit card right away. Confirmation email said I would receive my order in 2-4 weeks. It is now February 28, 2013... far more than four weeks later! I've sent multiple emails, messaged them on Facebook, tweeted at them on Twitter, and made phone calls leaving messages. No responses! My card was charged, I did not receive my order and nobody from the company is returning any messages, emails or calls.Desired Settlement: I would like my order ASAP.
