In response to the claim the contract states that we would smooth out the ruts and does not include grass seed. And we are not responsible for sprinklers. we had asked that the sprinklers not to be turned on so as not to saturate the lawn which...

they were they filled the ruts with water. we told the husband that the water had to dry out to smooth out the ruts. [redacted] started to call the next day about the ruts. again talked to the husband about the water in the ruts needed to dry out then we had a couple of days of rain once we were able to smooth out the ruts we did. there yard is a mixture of clay and rock turned up from the ruts we did bring in two load of top soil that we purchased from yellow creek gravel service which is a very reputable company. In are contract that top soil would have been an extra charge. We did not charge them. Once that was done [redacted] the president of the company talked to [redacted]. told him if there was anything else we could do please contact us. he paid us in full and did not here from them until this complaint. we keep records of all in coming calls that the employee's cant answer that [redacted] and I need to address to help us make sure we complete We fulfilled are contract with them and feel we even did extra.
