I am 74 years old and contracted to have my roof replaced by Marquis Roofing. I placed a deposit of $1000.00. Since March I have been promised a refund since the work was never done. I have had numerous contacts with both Tom M*** (owner) and Ben (representative). Despite sending proof of the cashed check, Marquis Roofing has failed to return my deposit and has stopped responding to my emails.
