We would like to apologize to [redacted] in regards to customer service she receivedWe have been giving our customer's the best customer service we canWe have fixed many screens and it is very rare that we encounter any issues with our partsWhen this customer's phone was repaired, the customer had it inspected of the service that has been done before leaving the storeFor all the repairs, the parts are covered under warranty as long as they are not physically damaged or liquid damageThere is absolutely under no circumstances that not US but any dealer will provide warranty if it is physical or liquid damageIf the screen was popping out, the customer should have bring the phone back to the store to get appropriate attention rather than pushing the screen which resulted in breaking the screenWe have even offered her a discounted rate to resolve this issue but couldn't get to an agreementWe still want to help her by offering a one time replacement for 50% discount of the price she originally paid and free tempered glassPlease ask for Sid

The store policy clearly states that 1) Absolutely no refunds 2) All sales are final on accessoriesMoreover, we have ear buds from manufacturersYou might be mistaken that you were sold "Fake" earbudsTo check the authenticity, please visit [redacted] store to find it that the headphones were sold to you were originalWe always try to help our customers and that's why we have exchanged you with different pairs of headphones
