RUN from him; Don't Walk -- RUN!!. He's hunts unsuspecting clients- hangs out in Home Depot. Says he's a contractor. He (1) doesn't even own a printed contract (just a general blank pad he writes on). (2) doesn't have a business bank account (asks for cash). (3) We gave him a personal check & check cashing store called us to verify we gave him a check & if it's okay to cash it (What legitimate business man doesn't have a checking acct) hmmmm! FLAG! I asked him to take off all switch plates; paint; then put new switch plates on. He said no- he would remove plates, install plates; then cover them with tape to protect them from paint. (FLAG! What contractor would EVER waste time covering with tape to paint over switch.) --so then -- he removed shower faucet & surrounding tiles. Okay, but left water running. Next day we found running water flooded first floor thru ceiling from upstairs bathroom. (Thank God we showed up spontaneously, because he sure didn't show up for work. He was on his new job in Miami.) We Had to call insurance co. Now new company put holes in ceiling to dry walls & treat to prevent mold. He didn't pay his painters (who were his ONLY redeeming quality). Heck, he didn't even show up. His 5 day job became 2 weeks before we finally threw him out because he flooded the property. He never answers his phone or finished job - because he hunts new clients - & gets his next job. (SAVE YOURSELF). SAVE YOUR MONEY! Runnnnn

Hired the company for home repairs. It was the typical bait and switch. Prior to the work being started I was told that the company had 26 employees who would do professional, high quality work . On the first day the owner showed up alone with excuses why the workers would not be coming. After that it was a succession of excuses.,lack of follow through on promises. No care was taken to protect areas not being worked on. I had stucco and bonding materials on my french door, windows and walls. I soon realized that the company's skill level was embellished. I terminated the services soon after the project started.
