misprint on it. I showed her our store current card with correct print and agreed to take $5 out of $26 total for her pedicure (~20% off). It took a technician at least 30 min of intensive labor and art work to complete a pedicure in order to receive half of that $21 she paid. I want [redacted] to understand that it is someone's cheap labor that she is asking for free. Is it fair to take someone's money over a misprint of the card? I would challenge [redacted] to find any salon which gives you one free pedicure after 5 times across the nation.In order to make you feel as a honor customer, l agree to pay you back your $21.
