I am being charged an incorrect amount after six months for talking to my doctor for five minutes. They expect me to pay this six month late bill in just two weeks. This is not the first incorrect bill I have received from this place. The last incorrect bill I had was just a month ago. It took an entire week to resolve because I could not get in touch with hospital administrators and the billing department had no idea who was in charge of filing he bill in the first place, which seems extremely unprofessional. I had to complain to human resources before the man who I was told could fix this finally contacted me. After I told him the issue, it was resolved the next day. I am frustrated that it took an entire week just to get in touch with the right people. I called the hospital every day for a week after that bill arrived. It was an extremely frustrating situation.

I refuse to go to this hospital for primary care visits again.

On February 25, 2016, I went to the primary care center for a driver license medical exam for which I paid in full. A physician conducted an exam, but at the end decided to do a TB test. That would have been fine, except that it also required that I appear in person three days later to have the test read rather than merely returning a postcard. It was not possible for me to return in three days. So your physician said that she would hold the form until I could return. I explained that it was extremely difficult for me to arrange to be in town three days apart as I am mostly in town only one or two days at a time.

I returned on May 20 for the TB test. However, the physician had lost my medical form, so I completed a new one. The TB test was placed. I was told that I needed to return between exactly 72 and 73 hours later to have it read. I returned on May 23 at exactly the required time. A nurse read my skin and recorded the result on the form. However, the physician had failed to sign the form and was not in the office. A few days later, she called me and said that she wanted me to come back in and have my vision and blood pressure rechecked. She said nothing about scheduling an appointment for this. I had come in on a walk-in basis the previous three times. On June 3, I went in for the fourth time, but still t physician had not signed my form, was not available, and the staff did not recheck the elements.

So after four visits, the examination has not been completed. I requested a refund. Clerk JM left a note for her supervisor. No one ever contacted me. I contacted the administration via email on June 6 and 14. No one ever responded to my complaint.

I appealed to MasterCard and they issued a chargeback. The merchant never responded and the credit to my MasterCard account became permanent.
