I Paint Fish

Fantastic artist. Poor business person. Shipping is slow...if ever. Lots of excuses and promises for the things that haven't gone out. Quick to take your money...but not so quick with any refund. I was also verbally attacked over the phone with awful words because I continued to ask for my refund even though he "didn't have the money". He actually wanted to resell the painting I paid for (but never received) before I could get a refund. When I said that wasn't fair he considered that being an "uncompassionate [redacted]. If you can buy in person you should be good. Avoid online purchases and commissioned work...anything where you pay first. I still have no refund.
