Trying to find what happened to my parcel for the past two weeks when it should have been delivered . Sent three email enquiries ,no response! No phone number to speak to anyone. When I track the consignement number it gives me 3options and says it will be delivered the next working day for the past 2weeks to the wrong post code? Rang dhl to complain and told I parcel nothing to do with them. Useless. Will never use again.

I have a missing item, I ordered back in November 2017, I have emailed many times with only one very basic response, this item says it was delivered 3rd jan 2018- ridiculous delivery time frame from over east, tracking says items was incorrectly sent to different places before it went missing, and I have had no help what so ever in trying to find my item, no signature for proof of delivery nothing

I ordered an OnePlus phone from OnePlus.net who delivered the item to iparcel on July 20, 2015 at 12:46 pm in NEW CASTLE, DE 19720 to [redacted]. USPS . I was concerned when I could not see the item checked into my account and fear the package has gone missing from iparcel (I am in Saudi and iparcel forward the packages to Saudi Post here). I have tried calling the number I have and always get a voicemail. I left messages and also attempted to email the company. I have had no reply. I don't know how I can actually contact someone there to investigate this matter as Oneplus will not refund or replace under their terms and conditions if a package is sent to a freight forwarder. I don't know where to go next....Desired Settlement: I would like iparcel to investigate the whereabouts of this package and if lost, I would like them to contact USPS to get a "Firm Delivery Receipt" as like as the simple picture attached.

Review: Hello, I am using i-parcel to forward my shipments from US to saudi arabia, after receiving several packages with no problems, I have order Macbook Air with accessories from amazon.After amazon shipped the order and usps delivered it, i-parcel was sending me that my parcel under process in their operations department for 10 days, and after that they sent me an email saying although usps tracking showing package delivered they did not receive it, so I got back to amazon where they asked me to let i-parcel fax them a confirmation letter about that situation for refund, and for three days I am asking i-parcel to send it where they did not, also they are not replying to my mails and not giving me any reason not to send it.Desired Settlement: I-parcel has to send amazon a fax for confirmation letter that they did not receive the original package, with my email and order number corresponding to amazon on letterhead.

Review: I purchased items from Amazon.co.uk, They use iparcel to forward mail to the USA, iParcel fraudalantly used a duplicate click and ship label which resulted in me being assessed 12.90 by the USPS to receive the package. I paid for shipping thjrough Amazon, which in turn Amazon paid iParcel to forward the items. A mail fraud complaint has been lodged with the USPS. I have pictures:
