IQ Construction's truck was parked in such a way that it was partially in the main thoroughfare of the condos. As the [redacted] of the condo association, I asked that the truck be moved, either open the garage and back the trailer partially into the garage which was empty or uncouple the truck from the trailer and park the truck in the designated parking area. The person I talked to would only give his first name, [redacted]. When I asked his last name, he said he didn't have to give it to me. [redacted] said he didn't have to move the truck, and he didn't care what the HOA had to say about it. I told him I was the [redacted] of the HOA and asked again if he would move the truck. He said he didn't care and the truck was not going to be moved. I contacted the Real Estate agent who had hired IQ Construction. When the realtor called IQ Construction she was told they would not move the truck. I have had to ask many contractors to move their trucks under similar circumstance and never have I been refused or been so rudely treated.
