I just used IR Travel Consultants for help getting a student visa for the United Kingdom for my son and I cannot say enough nice things about the exellent service I received. [redacted], the owner, was highly committed to ensuring we submitted a timely and complete visa application and to our receiving the visa in time for my son's upcoming stay in London. She was professional, very engaged in the process, and cordial every step of the way. When we had a concern over our overnight delivery to her office of the application and numerous other items enclosed in the package, including my son's passport, she called immediately to alert me to the fact that UPS had not delivered the package to her office on time. Fortunately, that problem was quickly resolved with [redacted]'s help. She also kept me informed as to when the British Consultate received the application and when we could expect delivery of the visa.
