Hello ***, arial, sans-serif;">This is *** from IRepair UTC located at the UTC mall.You contacted me earlier regarding the complaint you guys received.We give customers six months warranty on all repairsThe warranty only covers the functionality of the repair partsWe are very clear on our receipts that the warranty does not cover physical damage, which means if the device is re broken the warranty is voidedI will attach a copy of a receipt at the end of this email for your review.The screen does not crack/break on its ownIf every customer comes and tells me that their screen broke on its own while sitting in charge or on the kitchen counter, I will soon go out of businessI make sure myself or my employee does a great job, because our customers are very important to us and that's how we stay in businessIf one customer is complaining and/or raising their voice to get their phone fixed again for "free" regardless of the reason, I will have to fix everyone's phone that breaks again for "free" or else it won't be fair if I fix the ones phone that is complaining and not the other customer who actually understands and respects my companies policy.Please confirm the receipt of this email.Here is a sample copy of the receipt.Thank you***

Review: They repaired my iphone screen and 10 days later the screen broke on its own while sitting on top of my desk. I saw when it happened and it was not trauma, or heat related. I took it back to them for warranty but they will not fix it. I paid $95 for it be repaired and only lasted 10 days.Desired Settlement: Refund of $95
