Review: A personal trainer at iResolve fitness ([redacted]) tried to recruit me to join his gym for over a year. I always refused because the prices were so high. One day in November, he contacted me to enter "The Biggest Loser Contest" at his gym. He told me it would only cost $90 for 90 days to enter. I would get full access to the gym, classes, and personal trainers. The person who loses the most weight wins $500, and the second place winner wins $150. I thought it was too good to be true, but he convinced me otherwise. I joined the contest and paid my $90 on 11/17/13. I ended up winning second place in the contest, but the owner ([redacted]) refuses to give me my cash prize! He's come up with excuse after excuse! The contest was over with on 1/31/14. I leave messages for him and he doesn't return my calls. I went up to the gym to weigh in, and he "suddenly" had to leave. At first, [redacted] said it was between myself and another girl to be the second place winner (a phantom girl). He said we both needed to do our final weigh-in to determine the winner. He said he was having a hard time getting a hold of the girl because she was ignoring his calls and emails. He told me he would call me once he got ahold of her, but of course he never did. I went up to the fitness center two weeks later to ask about the contest winners and he seemed confused. He told me he already paid the grand prize winner the $500 prize, but there wasn't a cash prize for the second place winner!! I thought he went crazy, but he then told me I'd get my money that week! I have yet to see or talk to any other person who joined this so called "contest". This contest turned out to be a fake, and the owner of iResolve fitness is a scam artist!Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the $150 cash prize for winning 2nd place in this contest.

In response to the complaint 9942999 [redacted] was given a-1 training and me myself [redacted] owner of iResolve fitness went above and beyond to give [redacted] The same chances as everyone else.

1). note that I [redacted] did not recruit [redacted] for this contest but offer and trained her when she did decide to come in ,never complaining of her coming after gym hours ,or bring her kids into the gym
