Review: I had my I[redacted] worked on at their [redacted] store. When I arrived to pick up my phone several hours later my phone did not turn on. The young kid offered to charge it. I agreed and proceeded to wait. After several minutes the 2 employees stated it was taking longer but were unsure why. They stated it was covered under warranty for 90 days just bring it back if there was a problem. I got home charged and had a problem. Phone not fixed, would not charge and hot to the touch. I called and asked for a refund, the first employee I talked to said sure come on in that wouldn't be a problem. I arrived a few hours later and they denied saying they would refund my money and that the phone was broken because of a different problem. I called later to speak to the owner and he stated he would not refund my money either. He also used profane language telling me to [redacted]. I would not recommend this place at all as they are unprofessional and seems inexperienced in fixing [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like a refund as my phone was not fixed and they gave me back the phone not working and did not check the phone like it says in their contract prior to me leaving the store.

Review: took an [redacted] in to fix the cracked screen and the back, after we received the phone it started malfunctioning and we took it back 3 times and instead of getting fix, it got worse. This is my daughter's phone and she went back to school which is 3 hrs away. The phone doesn't turn on all the time either . I went back and explained the problem and requested a refund sine I need to pay someone else near her to fix it, but their remark was 1st, it is not there fault, it is the screen and it is [redacted] fault, I tried to explain that it had nothing to do with the screen that the black light is malfunctioning. They indicated that since I don't have the phone, I am lying so I could get my money back. I asked to speak to the manager, and he said he was!!!!! I contacted the owner by email and he wanted me to have my daughter mail the phone back to them at our expense. I told him after 3 tries I refuse to let them do anything anymore to the phoneDesired Settlement: Refund so I can pay someone else who knows their business to fix the phone
