Review: I ordered a custom necklace and paid through an even exchange of a custom bracelet I purchased from the store before for $3,000.00. The agreed delivery date was no later than February 1, 2014. The necklace was not delivered on the agreed date. It is still not deliver to this date. I requested the store to honor the contract by contacting Mrs Robinson several times by phone and e-mail. My husband also talked to Mrs Robinson by phone and by e-mail but was not able to resolve the problem. I tried to involve the management of [redacted] Mall, where the store is located, to intercede but was told there was nothing they can do. At present Mrs Robinson is not returning my phone calls or e-mail messagesDesired Settlement: The store has the responsibility to honor the contract and deliver the merchandise on the agreed date. Stores in a reputed mall should be honest and above board and treat customers fairly.

Review: This complaint is against I[redacted] Robinson, owner of I. Robinson, Fine Art & Jewerlry with Business Financial credit card charge account name, for her failure to issue a $400 credit, nor a credit slip as promised on receiving the return of the merchandise on Sept 2, 2013. [redacted] Robinson talked me into buying a $400 stainless steel bracelet on Sept 1, 2013; I was hesitant because it's not my style and I probably won't wear it. [redacted] said if I find that I am not wearing it, I can return it by Christmas for either an exchange or a full refund. I returned the bracelet next day Sept 2 because I knew I won't wear it. [redacted] said she was going to tell her accountant to cancel credit card charge because of holiday delay in submission. She did not do what she promised; the $400 charge from her "Business Financial" was charged to my credit card on Sept 3. I called her on Sept 3, and requested an immediate credit refund to my credit card and she agreed. While I was waiting for the refund, [redacted] called me on Sept 5 and asked me if I was going to use that $400 charge to buy another ring. I told her no, and reminded her that I had requested a full refund to my credit card and she promised a full credit card refund 3 days ago. I still did not receive credit card refund from her on Sept 12 and called her again. She said refund is not an issue and she would call back and email me the credit "receipt". She did not call back, no email from her either. I called her on Sept 13 for another refund request. [redacted] repeated the same story that refund is not an issue and she would email me the credit "receipt". I still did not receive any credit card refund nor any credit "slip". I called [redacted] on Sept 23 again; she asked me for the date of credit charge and I told her its Sept 1. Again, she promised that she will issue me the credit and will call me back. Again, no calls from her and no credit or credit slip from her either; so I stopped by her store to ask for refund and she asked me to leave.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $400 plus interest and apology from business owner requested for all the grief I have to go through to get my money back.
