Bought my first pair of I-Roc shoes. I bought because I have painful planta fasciitis and heel spurs and, because a physician for whom I used to work, also suffered from the same condition and swore by the I-Roc shoes. I paid extra for 3-day delivery, but they were not delivered for a full week. That's my only negative comment. They fit true to ordered size. There seems to be a more definitive arch support right in the center - not on the inner aspect like most shoes or inserts. I think it might be this palpable insert that presses up on the inside of my arch and takes the pressure off of my heel. The pressing may also serve to stretch the faciitis a bit??? Anyway, there are not too many styles to choose from and the shoes are a bit bulky - they look like orthopedic shoes, but when you are on your feet all day for your job and suffer from terrible heel pain, I believe these are worth it. They do not immediately cease the pain, but there is some relief there. These shoes could be a part of an overall comprehensive treatment program that also involves calf stretching, achilles heel stretching, massaging and stretching of the fasciitis as well.
