The parts are new parts from another Hino dealer because Kentuckiana Mack constantly overcharges for parts.. In this case by buying from [redacted] we saved over $1000...  and they wanted to charge $700 to remove and install 6 bolts..  I have always had nothing but issues with Kentuckiana Mack for years that is the reason we have not bought another Hino nor will we ever buy another Hino..  I guess I will be taking the truck to Lexington or Indy to have a computer flashed that takes 5 minutes to do and I am not sure why this has taken 4 weeks to be put on a list and they have never instructed me to take my truck elsewhere or even return a single phone call.
