I-ships have refused to refund me any money. I feel that decent company would have done so. However reading others complaints about I-ship International it looks as though I may have got off lightly. I would not recommend this company
This company picked up my truck on 27 September 2019 from the dealership in Ohio and has had it in storage since then. I have made a multitude of attempts to contact *** on the status of my truck, were it is or if it made it on the ship yet....she responds by e-mail when she wants to and does not answer the phone, I just want to know were my truck is after she told me in an e-mail it would take 21-26 days after they picked my truck up from the dealership. Can you please help me to find out were my truck is and do not let her treat people like this, especially after I had to pay upfront, this is ridiculous, people like this should not be in business and if I need to fly back to Florida to find her I will...

Contact by the Business She is put out of business, this is ridiculous, she says it would be delayed if no payment but after payment is payed in full I still get put on a hanger by the shipping company
Customer already received the car / Container # OOLUXXXXXXX. *** booked for consolidation service, we already notice him before he make the booking - consolidation service is first come first serve, we do keep him post ,, we do notice him shipped. We answer phone as fast we can, we do reply ALL his emails.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
It took over 90 days from the time they picked up my truck for me to receive it, when I initially booked this shipment *** told me 21-24 days to get my truck, we all know this is not a true statement, plus I have the e-mails for all I am telling you, now I have damages to my truck and *** requested pictures of my truck in the container, so I sent her all the pictures from the Port a week ago (27 Nov 19)with her agents unloading them and identifying damages and I still have not heard back from here, they are quick to request payment or tell you your vehicle will be delayed without it, but they do not stay in contact with their customers unless they need something from you, they have my damages with pictures, just waiting to here back from them (4 Dec 19)
We notice customer the Transit time (on the ocean ) is about 25 days, please check the container from the shipping line website, the transit time it is on time. Regards.
Document Attached***
Attached is a copy of her e-mail....nowhere does it say (ON THE OCEAN)got a response on the damages, now she is pushing it off to someone else(the consolidator in the USA)which she coordinated all of this move through, now she says (the Consolidator) wants pictures of my truck in the container and I am guessing the empty container....she coordinated the move, she needs to man up and take responsibility for her coordinating actions and pay for the damages, if she has a problem with that she needs to take that up with (the Coordinators) in the states) that she set this up with. There was a lady from a major moving distributor here in Germany that e-mailed her and *** responded by just blowing her off.
