I had ordered a dog bed from this company on 12-07- The money was taken out of my account on 12-11- They had sent an email 3-days later saying that Fed Ex had problems with the delivery and I needed to contact them When I put the tracking # into the computer it said there was no delivery I tried calling the company times and it sounds like a cell phone # and it keeps saying the voicemail is full I tried emailing several times and all emails are returned It says email address not found So at this point, they took my money and I have no way of getting in contact with them I went to my bank yesterday and they are disputing this Fed Ex told me that because of the way they set up delivery, which is Fed Ex sends it to the USPS, that they had to have been an actual business In this case a tracking number was issued but Fed Ex never received the package Product_Or_Service: Hot dog / dog bed Order_Number: ***
