I sold It (on Ebay)

Review: Sold Item to buyer. Item was lost in transit. Gave all info need, contacted USPS, kept in touch with buyer. When item received item had been stolen from package. Talked with ebay twice was told case closed in my favor no further action needed. Purchaser ask to review and ebay did. Buyer signed an affidavit saying item wasn't with package. Now eBay wants me to pay for item. I asked to let post office further investigate stolen item then go from there. Had contact from seller that was intended for other buyers she had purchased from telling them same info she was telling me. Which sounds shady how many items get stolen from the same purchaser in transit at the same time? Ebay is not willing to work to resolve the issue.Desired Settlement: eBay can refund her the money but I too was told I was covered by their plan by 2 different eBay employes and I was not liable. Now they want me to refund them because they refunded the purchaser. I will be out necklace and money as well. How is that fair to me?

Review: I purchased an item on 7/17 for $71.54, it was 4 [redacted] cars and I never received them. I have attempted through [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] to help me contact the seller to no avail. He has blocked all contact through ebay and [redacted] which is shady and bad business. In my mind this means that the item was never sent, or possibly he received it back and is now able to resell it. I am out the money and do not have the item, how is the fair that all 4 of these businesses refuse to refund my money?Desired Settlement: I want the full amount refunded of $71.54, I have spent a month fighting for my refund.

Review: I had a laptop for sale on eBay, the winning bid was for 15,000 dollars. But the customer never paid due to it being a fraudulent account. At the end of month my invoice included the sale of the laptop that was not actually sold. The money was taken out of my account which caused an overdraft on my account. I contacted eBay and they said they were going to issue a refund and they did, but my next invoice included it again shortly after I received my latest invoice which did not show that amount. Which again, over drafted my account and I have emails showing the refunds.Desired Settlement: Refund of 702.64 refund plus the fees from bank
