Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting this response because: The business should be refunding the money for my hour loss, the damage to my hair, and the cost spent fixing the bad color/cutI COULD NOT get my hair fixed by this business because they were CLOSED days after ruining my hair- I even had to take time off work to have it fixed (as I was not going in public like that)Sincerely, [redacted]

This issue reported was solved on 7/1/the customer was able to pick up his merchandise from our locationThere was a miscommunication on behalf of the customer and also our company on pick up times after the customer left his shoes at our location for two monthsThe customer mentioned he
would contact the Revdex.com to cancel the complaint after also finding out that both sneakers weren't authentic for it being claimed at a value of $The full service that was paid for at $dollars was half reiumbursed at $dollars for customer service and just making the situation better for future servicesWe apologize for this escalating further then what was needed, and if there is more that needs to be done on our behalf please let us know. I am sorry your experience was not what you were expecting. We did have an incident that was beyond our control with several bottles developer. That issue was resolved immediately by the company and we have taken care of every client who was affected by it. We did offer to redo
your highlights at your earliest convenience, and of course, at no charge. I even offered to get you in with any of our stylists, not just the one who did your hair, to try to make it as convenient as possible for you. It appears that none of our solutions were acceptable to you, so now we are here. Again, I am sorry that you were disappointed in your hair, but I cannot fix that for you when you will not allow us the chance to
