I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I am only asking for what I was told would be done when I asked for the cleaning originally. A whole house cleaning for moving out. I was not told what was not included or that you could get a $job. My understanding when I asked originally about the stove and refridgerator being included in the cleaning, was that the walls would be wiped down also. Nothing was said about different prices being offered. In fact, someone came over and inspected the house before the offer was made from the company. I expect the stove, hot water heater closet area, sinks to shine, and smudges gone from the mirrors. That is what was promised from the beginningRegards, *** ***

Of course their are two sides this lady wanted a dollar job for she was told that she couldn't get everything she wanted done for the price she was willing to pay and shame on her their was a death not an excuse, a mother and daughter was killed and the year old son call to get help
for his mother and sister it was all over the news, She can check this out, what a terrible thing to say that we were using excuses, We are still willing to get some of her work done for her, but she told me on the phone that her floors and the other work looked great her words not mine you can reach me at *** ** *** or ***, People never fail to amaze me

Hello!   My issue with I sparkle cleaning company, back in August of this year, has never been resolved.  I would appreciate it if you would post my complaint publicly, so that people can make a balanced decision when hiring.  I find it odd and frustrating to read so many glowing reviews and very few dissatisfied customers.  This company has a person come out to evaluate your needs and wants and THEN you are given a quote for fee.  So when the response from them states we are all expecting a $500.00 job for less, it is simply not true.  There is nothing in writing other then a cashed check.  No itemized bill, just phone calls.  My complaint is similar to the negative reviews I`ve read in [redacted] review section.  I sparkle offered to fix the problem in our correspondence through you, the Revdex.com.  I have sent them an e-mail asking for all communication to be in writing soon after my written complaint to you.  I have heard nothing.  Enough time has passed for me to believe this company has no intention of responding.  Is there anything I can do about this?  Something tells me, what happened to me is not uncommon with this company.  Is it possible to pay for great reviews on a website?  Please advise.  Thank you, [redacted]

There is nothing We can do with people who cannot see our side we have excellent ref, and have many great and happy customers that have and still do write great reviews for us, Thank God for them a it really does put things in prospective.  There are people you can never make happy we offered tom come back and redo some things and  I believe that was not to her likening so what do you do, We cannot make her do what is right we can only offer,  I have many important  things that need addressing and we do our best to make everyone happy, but again their are those you can never make happy no matter what you do or say. Im truly sorry she feels she needs to trash our company and make us look bad when in reality she has not seen the truth. Again all she has to do is call for an apt,   Thank you [redacted]

Review: I paid for a cleaning plus extra to have all my replacement windows cleaned. My windows were only washed from the inside and none were done upstairs. (In preparation on my part I removed every curtain on every window allowing for easy access and picked up my home so it was ready for the cleaner) Mind you I paid an extra $90.00 to have my windows washed including the sills on the inside. The basic cleaning was fair at best. Hardwood floors and dust, cobwebs could be seen under the furniture where it was not moved. I called to complain and told to leave a list of instructions for the girl and she would be sent out to rectify the situation with the windows... Day 2 Windows were a mess, full of streaks and again nothing done upstairs..I called again and was offered a free cleaning for my trouble and that a different girl would be sent to rectify the windows. Girl sent to clean the windows, she was great..finally I thought. On the day of my "free cleaning" I got a call from the cleaner that I did not leave a check, it was not communicated to her that this was a free cleaning. I call the owner and was told, "we do forget and I have many clients." So I made up my mind to call later and suspend this company from any further cleanings. When I did this, I was promptly accused that "I just wanted a free cleaning" and she immediately hung up on me. An hour later she called me at work screaming at me and I could not get a word in edge wise. Again she hung up. I am a teacher and thought my husband was calling so I answered and was surprised to say the least. I was made to be the bad guy because my house was not cleaned properly. The way I was talked to alone was unacceptable, after all I hired them to CLEAN my house. This company is very very unorganized. This owner was extremely unprofessional and now I am left to try and find a friendly reliable service.Desired Settlement: An apology would be nice.

Good Afternoon, I understand that there is a need for additional information about my complaint towards Sparkle Cleaning. As far as a desired outcome of this complaint, I definitely would like Sparkle Cleaning Notified that a Complaint was sent to the Revdex.com. Also I do give the Revdex.com permission to publish my complaint. I am not seeking a refund because after 3 visits the situation was rectified. However I believe the general public should be aware that this business does not live up to their advertising. The owner was more than rude, the original service was poor and because I continued to complain I was accused basically of stealing. I would never dream of running a business where the communication between owner, cleaner, client is so poor. I never got the opportunity to respond to the owner, she would not allow it, she screamed a lot of nonsense and hung up the phone. After giving the agency two chances I decided to let Sparkle Cleaning Go and politely called the owner to explain that this was not going to work out. Thats when I was abused not once but twice.

Review: We paid $500 to Sparkle Cleaning to complete a thorough spring cleaning of our home. When the owner of the company ([redacted]) came to explain what this included she stated washing of all walls, steam cleaning the new hardwood floors, washing of all windows inside, etc. Two cleaners arrived on 4/16/14 at 9:30 am and they were gone by 12:15 pm. Hardly any of the cleaning was performed. We called and [redacted] sent 4 people back around 3 pm to complete what wasn't done the first time. We left the house around 5:30 and when we returned many of the requests we paid for to be done were still not done. Some of the cleaners acted like they never had done this type of work, they didn't want to get up on ladders/chairs to clean higher objects, the hardwood floor was not steam cleaned, and as a matter of fact there were several scratches in the floor.

I called the owner ([redacted]) around 8 pm to discuss how we could rectigy the situation and she hung up on me. She did not proivde a list of what we could expect to be done. We asked for this when she came to the house to view the prospective job on 4/5/14 and she said " I will write it up when I get home". We paid $500 for a service and work that was not completed. This is an extremely unprofessional company.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the $500 we paid to Sparkle Cleaning.

my manager is going back on Friday to do the job they wanted this was between me and mrs [redacted] we at no time said we would leave her till she is happy, but to threatened me is unacceptable as he never hired us . we have and will make this right this will be the third time we are back there. and WE WILL MAKW THIUS RIGHT

First of all I own the home with [redacted]. The owner of the company never called us back instead she had an "employee" of hers call. We called the "employee" back and told them not to come back. If you as a cleaning company have to come back a 3rd time you obviously didn't do the job said you would do. As the owner of a company, wouldn't you take responsibility and call the customer back or come out to see what the finished product looked like? No, instead you send somebody else? Really? The only threat made was that the company's reputation for cleaning would not be a good one in town and rightfully so.

Two checks were issued, one as a deposit for $250.00 on 4/5/14 and a second when they came to clean on 4/16/14 for $250.00 We put a stop pay on the 2nd check issued. The stop pay cost $15.00. We expect a full refund of the remaining $250.00 plus the $15.00 for the cost of the stop pay.

Revdex.com spoke with the business today and [redacted] has stated the following:

We have been there 2 times and were prepared to go back a third time. His wife or domestic partner is the one that hired us and she told my manager that she was very happy with the work that was done, and wanted her to come back the third tome to finish and he would not allow it. At this point, since a stop payment was put on the second check for that service provided, we will not be coming back a third time. A full spring cleaning is $500.00 which includes a team of 4 people for the day. Again, the wife was fully satisfied after we returned for the second time. He is the one who stated he was not happy, although he was not there. Again we were willing to go back a third time, and the consumer, Mr. [redacted], refused and stated he did not want us to come back, and then he turned around and filed the complaint expecting to get the full spring cleaning for free. The original complaint states that I hung up on him, however, I do not have to listen to someone swearing and yelling at me and threatening me, which is why I hung up. He said that he was going to have flyers made up and go to the [redacted] City Hospital and put down my work. At this point, due to the stop payment, he received half of his money back, which after all the work that was done is not deserved, however in the interest of consumer satisfaction, I will consider the bill paid in full.
