I ordered and was measured for eyeglass frames on 12/5/at iSpecz Eyewear East St in Euclid, OhioI showed my eyeglass prescription, insurance card and photo id to the optician,DrOlympia R [redacted] She stated it would take days to two weeks for the glasses to come in and that she would give me a callShe also said she would check if polycarbonate glass would be approved by the insuranceI called the office on 12/21/and on 1/9/and left voice-mail messages inquiring about when my glasses would arrive and did not get a call back either time and I do not have my glasses
Purchased eye glasses; invoice paid 08/31/and have not received product or any update from ownerI called and line is busy, emailed and I get no responseI received one email stating the business owner was sick and should have product any day, but I have not received a tracking number or any reply to three or four other email correspondence that have been sent
