I think these guy's are getting bad reviews because of the way they went about attracting their customer's, read Dawn Lreview posted 11/22/this is exactly what happened to me I don't know how they get into our computer's but god bless em, they should be working for homeland securitymaybe they get in thru viruses from [redacted] sites, who's to sayanyway they cleaned my laptop out pretty good, two hundred plus dollars for five yearsseemed like a good deal at the timethese guy's pretty much offer the same service's as Norton, Avast, McAfee, etc....etc....they added I-cons such as cc cleaner, I-tech expert , connect technician, malware antivirus, My tech supportplenty of phone numbers so I can contact them if need bethey did however try to sale me additional firewall protection months into my year contract for five hundred dollar's and I said absolutely notI'll just disconnect and throw this laptop in the trashhe seemed kind of surprised I said NO!!!!! I still use snail mail to this day to pay my bills, sorry folks I just don't trust computersmy laptop runs pretty good I guess, I don't know what's good or bad anymorestill pretty slow when I'm scrolling news, I have medium speed from cox cable in Phoenix, AZanyway to close I think I-Tech is a legitimate business maybe they should advertise like other businesses instead of snaring or high jacking their potential customersgive them a try, just don't let them over sale you

Business charged me $to "fix" a nonexistent malware/Trojan virus problem on my brand new laptop

SCAM Artists, they fish by telling you you password has been exposed the, then tell you they can fix it They scammed my years old father out out $500!
There is a special place in hell for people like this

WELL THIS IS KIND OF LATE BECAUSE I ALREADY CHARGED 500$ to the jerksI am deadly scared to go in to my computer to do anything financialThank God they did not get my laptop but they also have gotten my iPad grrrrrrrr,,!,,,,,,! I don’t know how to rate as I haven’t had a problem YET,!

Boy do I wish I read these before I went through the same problem I notified my credit card company not to pay the fee I then had my computer restored to its original version and then changed all my passwords The final piece that gave me a little piece of mind is I emailed the Equifax They will monitor my account for days and will also notify the other creditors It is free Here is their web address if you need it: https://www.alerts.equifax.com Good luck

A security messagae poped up on my screen, my computer started talking to me telling me there is an attempt to pull my babking info etc from my computerSaid to call Microsoft right away at this number ***They accessed my computer, said my warrenty expiredI had to pay to add warrenty back or can complete a one time fixPricing ranged from $down to $It seemed crazy but I fell for it anywayI paid $While they were supposidly fixing my computer I called a friend who is a IT guyHe said its a scam, called the number for me, etcThey hung up on him times because he let them know he was onto themI shut them out of my computer unstalled what they were trying to install and called my cc to report fraudThey even had the nerve to call me and tell me they were not done repairing my computer someone turned off my laptopPlease becareful, they sounded real

I was trying to access a credit card website A pappeared warning me of a Trojan infection, that I should not turn off my computer or turn it on It gave me a phone number to call which gave the impression that they were part of Microsoft I called and a person asked me a lot of questions and then took over my computer They "showed me" that the computer was not functioning properly and that a lot of systems had stopped working They convinced me that I should pay them to fix it Then another person came on the line and said that I needed a firewall, that it could not wait, that if they just fixed it it would come right back through the network I completely fell for it and they bullied me into paying them $ They said this was a one-time payment and that I never have to worry again! I hope this will help others to not fall for it
