I-Tech Xperience

Review: On December 7, 2013, I bought [redacted] adapter and converter combo unit Model [redacted] at I-Tech Xperience at [redacted] airport (receipt #[redacted]). When I tried using the converter in UK, it failed. According to the receipt, the store has 30-day exchange policy. Two weeks later on the way back, the store was closed. My multiple attempts to contact I-Tech Xperience at ###-###-#### were unsuccessful: nobody answered, the answering machine did not kick in, and my emails to [redacted]@itechxperience were ignored. The store is in the secure area of the airport and is not accessible to non-travelers.Desired Settlement: Full refund and appology.
