First of all, when the digital signs on the freeway say that the road is closed to light and or high profile vehicles you should not break the law and drive on these roads? The towing and RECOVERY rates for all towing companies participating in the Wyoming Highway Patrol rotation list are posted, reviewed and approved by Highway patrol? In the case in question, this was not a tow but a Recovery? Because I am required to have a million dollars of insurance coverage to operate this towing company and due to the fact that this coverage is so expensive we are forced to charge as we do? As for the company who decided to wreck their truck by driving illegally on a closed highway and for their lack of insurance to cover this type of accident I am not sure I can speak to that? I also can't speak for Highway patrol and the fact that the company was not allowed to call a towing company of their own choosing? As for the statement that we are stealing equipment; we would be more than happy to return all equipment as soon as we are paid for the service provided? All too often companies will request the return of their equipment and as soon as they have it they dare us to to collect for services? It is in the best interest for us to retain possession of the property in order to get paid for our work? ?
