I have brought my computer to I Win PC since it first opened in 2010. They have always be fast, friendly, and professional. No matter how big or some the issue was normally always fixed within 24 hours and I was back up and running.
[redacted] is the tech you need to talk to with any computer issues. He is the most knowledgeable, customer centered person I know!
I was trying to upgrade my brother's laptop to Windows 8. [redacted] told my right away, with confidence, that the ACPI driver needed to be updated. Well, if I would have listened right away, it would have saved me hours on the phone with HP "support". He was right about the driver. Too bad HP didn't get around to releasing that driver yet.
