Review: I bought a cell phone cover a week ago, and it was ruined when the phone fell in the water. I took it to Safrin I World, and the man said he'd give me a new one. He showed me several styles and helped me pick one out, and then asked for my credit card and charged me $31.65! I thought he was going to GIVE it to me, but now I have TWO cell phone covers and a phone that doesn't even work! He then told me the phone covers were non-refundable and said he didn't "give a s
t," and told me to leave. He was extremely rude to the point of being aggressive with me. I will NEVER shop there again. He told me his "boss" would have to do the return when he "gets back," and then later told me he IS the boss and his boss isn't there.....and then another man showed up later. He told lie after lie and I was scammed out of money.Desired Settlement: I would like to return BOTH phone covers and get a full refund.
