I3 Broadband

I had a great experience with I3 broadband. They were nn time for the installation, friendly and professional. My service works great. I will recommend fiber internet and I3 Broadband to my friends and family. Customer service is outstanding.
Working with a local company is the way to go!

Buffering, buffering, buffering, cuts off in the middle of programs, unable to playback recorded programs…AND ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION FROM I3 as to how, when or IF they intend to resolve their terrible service. If you have Direct TV, keep it. It’s 1,000 times more reliable.

While it works it’s great. But the I3 tv app suffers from buffering issues freq, especially in early evenings and the early morning hours. Going back to ‘retrieve’ previous programs also fails too often. If I3 can fix these issues I’ll give it five stars. If not, it’s back to Direct TV, which never had buffering issues.

I have never had a bad experience with this company. I made a comment on their Facebook page about not pulling the right speed. They contacted me immediately and the next day and AXavier was at my door. He tested a couple of things and said we were definitely not pulling the correct speed. He gave us options on how to fix it so we set up a time, he actually showed up early and installed a new modem and routers. AXavier was very professional and great with the customers. It took him less that a half hour to pull out old equipment and install the new equipment. Now we have the speed. And all I can say is thank you very much., AXavier should get a raise and I’ll continue recommending your company to other people.

I am reaching out due to an issue I had today. I went to let my 2 big dogs out. We have a fully fenced backyard. In the left corner of the yard were 2 men digging up my yard. I went out to confront them and they were with a company called I3 Broadband. Apparently they are laying fiber optic wire around the neighborhood. The issue is they did not knock before entering our property or yard. If the dogs would have got to them, they would have bit the men. From what I know, the dogs would have had to be put down even though this is our property. I want to see what I can do as far as this matter is concerned.

Worst Customer Service EVER! Tried several times to resolve billing issue. Representative just kept reiterating the same script like she was a robot. Asked her to listen for a moment, but she just kept interrupting and talking over me. Would not recommend if you have a choice. Good Luck if you have a problem.
