On September 27, I ordered 50" light bars and 20" light bars to equal a total of $I was told the shipping would take 2-weeks which was fine with meSure enough 1/weeks later I get a package delivered to my door by upsThe 50" light bars were in the package but the 20" bars were nowhere to be foundI contacted them and told them my situation and they told me they would get back to me when they figured out the problemI waited a week with no response so I took it upon myself to email them againThey told me they were very busy and sorry for the wait and told me they would ship the missing lights the next day and would email me the tracking numberI never got a tracking number and decided to wait for the package to arriveAt this point it had been months since I ordered the lights and had sent close to a dozen emails to him explaining what my case was and what I was missing with still a lack of responseI tried getting a reply on their Instagram page but my comments were always deleted and I noticed others that were having problems had their comments deleted tooI tried calling the number on the website quite a few times with no answerAnother phone number appeared on the website so I decided to text it with a different phone and recieved a responseHe told me I had to wait my turn like everyone elseUmm what? I had waited long enough and just wanted what I paid forI finally threatened to report him if I did not receive my lights in the next daysThe next day he sent me a tracking number and I was hopefulToday UPS dropped a package off at my doorstepHe only sent one of the two lights that were missing and to top it off he wrapped the entire package or times with duct tape and wrote "from Santa" on it with sharpieNot only is that extremely immature but it's extremely awful customer service! Who does that to someone who just wants what they paid for?? Emailed him about the light that I'm missing and have heard no responseI would never recommend that anyone buy from this poor excuse of a companyI have never in my life experienced such poor customer service

Buyer Beware: On October 18, I ordered lights on the Buy one Get one sale (around $268) I didn't hear back from the company and waited a month before emailing to see the status.I received a response that stated, "we're sorry and behind on orders but working to send the custom lights and would throw in a free pair of pods for the inconvenience" I waited more days and no responseHave sent a dozen emails and no response I went on Instagram and tried to get responses and have been blocked because it was negative like everyone else is postingI sent a direct message asking about the order and expressing my intent to cancel and received no responseI sent a final email quoting the day Federal Trade Commission Rule of Merchandise to which I did receive a response of "Alright, sounds goodHave a great day" This company is suppose to be in Texas but appears not to be They may be in Las Vegas or who knows where if they are even in the US or a real company The phones are disconnected, but the company continues to run the B1Gfree sale, even when they say they can't provide the products Everyone on Instagram is saying the same thing They are not getting their orders but money is gone When you give any negative feedback it is removed so no one else can see it(So happy he can't remove it from Revdex.com)I would not recommend anyone doing business with the company unless you want to loose your money and get nothing for it Company smells like a scam

Sure enough 3 1/2 weeks later I get a package delivered to my door by ups. The 2 50" light bars were in the package but the 2 20" bars were nowhere to be found.
