I am writing about my dissatisfaction with i9 soccer program that was held at [redacted] park. I signed my 7 year old and 3 year old up for the soccer program. My first issue came when the program, when the start date for the program to start was changed last minute. I signed up for the program months in advance and they sent an email out delaying the start of the program by one week. This in turn would cause the program to conflict with swim lessons I have signed my children up for. My children only attended 2 games, due to my dissatisfaction with the organization of the soccer program. There seemed to be no identified coach for the teams. No one greeted us and introduced my children to their prospective teams and the expectations. They were given shirts sent to an area of the field and began to follow the other children. The first part is supposed to be a practice and teaching session so that children can learn how to play soccer and the other half is the game. This was very disorganized. Especially, for my 3 year old who also has a developmental delay. We came back a 2nd time thinking it was just the first day. The next time was not any better. My 7 year old is a little shy and had an emotional fit due to not feeling comfortable. And there was no one identified that I could go to help me with situation. I emailed [redacted] of i9 sports and expressed my dissatisfaction. Also, asked about their refund or cancellation policy since there is no information on their website. He just stated that he would be at the next one to look into the situation. The next games were cancelled due to flooding on the fields. I could not get my children to go to the next practice. This weekend games were cancelled again last minute due to overbooking with city of [redacted] I have yet to hear back from Mr. [redacted] about my dissatisfaction with the program. This soccer program is an investment and I would think very hard before spending money on this program.
