The member purchased a Season Pass on 2/20/ The Season Pass allows customers to purchase three virtual tokens to use for a registration for a season of play in a recreational youth sports program The Season Pass provides an opportunity for the customer to make an initial payment of
$and then make monthly payments of $each month The member used a Season Pass Token during the spring of and again during the fall of The member had one token remaining to use at any time The Season Pass token can be cancelled at any time as well The member on our account is not the person who filed this complaint I believe he may be the spouse of the member we have on file and perhaps the person who filed this complaint was not aware of the Season Pass
The person who filed this complaint contacted our office on 2/20/ On 2/21/a phone message was left with his spouse (member on the account) explaining the terms to the Season Pass and if the family did not intend to use the third Season Pass token she could cancel Indeed that is what happened, and the Season Pass was cancelled immediately in accordance with the Season Pass terms
