DO NOT USE!!!!
They picked up my car and because it was a "special" pickup, they wrote on the back window in BIG letters, "DO NOT OPEN." But apparently the person checking it in just couldn't help themselves, probably saw something they wanted because according to other reviews, a lot of people have had their stuff stolen from here. Anyways, they took everything out of my vehicle and stored it all over the lot in different places. Because of this, they couldn't find all my stuff! I'm missing a lot of stuff, but the most important thing that I need back ASAP I'm sure I'll NEVER get them back. My dad passed away less than a year ago, and inside my vehicle I had two of his favorite cowboy hats. When I finally went through all my belongings, I noticed that BOTH cowboy hats were missing! I'm so pi$$ed right now as I'm writing this review because YOUR people took something from me that I can NEVER get back! Yeah I can go buy two other cowboy hats, but they aren't my dad's! It absolutely makes me sick to my stomach that people have absolutely no problem stealing from others and not think twice about it. I hope and pray that whoever stole my hats really enjoys them!

**UPDATE**
So I received another response on my BBB complaint that I filed. Even though IAA's employee entered my vehicle after they were told NOT TO, they informed me that they are closing my complaint and they are refusing to do anything to compensate me! The hats that their employee stole were the last two hats given to me before my dad passed away! Not only were they extremely special to me, but they are also emotionally tied to my heart, so stealing them from me totally shattered my heart! I will NOT give up, I will tell everyone I come across what they did to me. I'll also go onto any review website I can find to let as many people as I can my story! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR STUFF STOLEN!

Don't assume you know what happens we deliver from west to east and fro cave creek to az city..if you don't answer your door in the summer it will not be left and besides you call another stateTo order flowers and then do sent it to me.and I can't get the order en less I go to your zip code So keep your opt to your self

received from CAtherine's Floral has NOTHING to do with the original complaint of 9/13/I do NOT accept it. On 8/19/I placed an order which has NEVER been deliveredCatherine's Floral LIED about the delivery and signature obtained from that phantom delivery and would not sendthe signatureTheir Revdex.com response referred to an offer I made to them should they not want this reported to the Revdex.comThey did not take the offerSince they did not accept my hope forbetter business from them, I contacted the Revdex.com to voice my utter (and continued) disgust. I do not believe a business that has NO consideration for their customers and which will not be honest about their errors should be included in any type of Better Business Listing. First let's start off, read your bank statement, I did NOT  charge  your card nor did I collect  any money  from you! 2nd you were told by [redacted] florist  that it's not a part of a service  to take pictures  and send it. 3 after making  yourself  look bad...

and that is putting  it politely they gave you your money  back! Which I see you haven't told anyone! 4. The person  who gave you my information  was so intimidated  by you, she just of the way you were acting, she gave you my number, and best of all [redacted] florist  Apologize  to me for your behaviour. And they will never do business with you.and I have an email from them.

I have already responded to her son . She is the recipient, not the sender, we never received any payment from her, she has filed a complaint about credit card issues that do not concern her.and there for there should be no response, and just for the record, since when can a business owner not be...

out of town, I don't care if it's 1 day or 3 months.

2 dozen r I see are 130.00 plus tax. If he order with a .com company how can I refund an order. We would never sell 2 dozen roses for that price as 1 dozen is 59.99. Please as for proof of purchase. I'm sure our name is not on it. Just because we deliver doesn't me we charge the card

They didn't order directly with us. If no one comes to the door we can not leave it with our heat. We follow the delivery guide lines from sending florist
