IAA Vehicle Purchasing

IAA DAMAGED MY CAR KNOCKED A HUGE HOLE IN OIL PLUG AND OIL PAN AND SIDE OF CAR DAMAGED. HAS NOT OFFERED TO PAY FOR CAR OR ANYTHING. HAD TO HAVE TOWED.
Car was repossessed on the 17th of Feb. 2020. from my mother n laws home by Greg Odom. 2008 Saturn th 2020. has receipt to show it was paid. waited to get paper work, and Heather sent paperwork that IAA needed to them and called them to let them know she was going to get the car today because she needed it for work. on the way to pick up the car, Heather called her back and said that IAA lady wanted her to call them. She called and they said they needed her to make an appt. so it was made for 10am on Monday. she called title max back to get them to call them and see if they would go ahead and release it today because she had to work Sunday. Heather said shed never heard of that before, them wanting someone to make an appt, as it must be something new." she called Trace back and said a day would have to be set up. so Monday at 10 ..Tracie called IAA to go get car on Monday morning, and now they are saying only I can pick it up. I was at work, so I have to leave early and go get my truck and go get my mother n law to go get car.we arrived at 4:28 pm. when I went in , I was told they didn't have the right paper work from title max, even though it was sent Friday." and that , we didn't have an appt. even though it was made Friday as well. I was spoken to the rudest I have ever been spoken to in my life and treated with the most disrespect. I went out to the truck and told my mother n law what they had said, and she went in and told them, *** , that we did have an appt. and it was made Friday, and she had just called her this morning and they said I had to be the one to get it. " she told them I was at work, and would have to take off around 3pm to come get it because they wouldn't let her come at 10 am. and that they have had the paper work since Friday.. why would she just now be saying something about that. Heather faxed it all to her, from title max. my mother n law came back to the truck to call the police, and I called title max. they said they would call me back. when they called they said they would go ahead and release it to me. my mother n law didn't call the police back when they told us that. man pulled up to the side of us from around corner with the car. new dents and scratches were on the left side driver door and steering wheel had a cable around it. had to get someone to come cut it off. we went to back of car to try and get tag on, Lynn, came out of office and was watching us. tag wouldnt' go in the holes, wrong screws so we put it in the car. I left and my mother n law got in my Saturn to drive it. she called in less then a mile and said the car shut off. I went back and we checked the oil and not a drop was in it. she called her boyfriend Gary, who came out and brought oil. as he was putting it in, my mother n law looked under the car and all the oil was draining out. gary looked with his phone light and seen a big hole in oil pan, and took pictures. my mother n law said they had just checked the car the day it was repossessed.car was fine, no issues. Greg *** drove the car out of her yard and he states, It was fine." She called tow company and they wanted 135.00 to get it. She called Greg Odom and told him it was broke down with a hole and damage to the right side door. he said, it drove fine with him, and he had pictures and cameras on it the whole time it was in his yard at Flomaton , at his shop." car was towed back to Greg *** shop. title max said they are sending it up the ladder, and that IAA was doing the same thing. no one has offered to help replace the car, or call back about it or anything. in the mean time, we spent money on my car and still nothing. they knew the car was messed up and they done it because of all the run arounds and excuses they kept coming up with and still let us drive it knowing it was damaged by them.
