Review: I have financed three (3) automobiles with IAC. I have never missed a payment. I am financing a 2003 Cadillac Deville. I normally remit my payments via on-line billing. IAC incurred a problem with their billing dept. I went to their office and issued a check (#95 for 211.70). They continue to tell me that they will complete the transaction. They have yet to perform in a dignified manner.

MR. [redacted] HAD GIVEN US HIS BANK INFORMATION TO SET UP HIS PAYMENTS ON AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWLS. THE FIRST PAYMENT CAME BACK IN ERROR BECAUSE IT WAS ATTEMPTING TO WITHDRAW FROM A SAVINGS ACCOUNT, WHICH WE ARE UNABLE TO DO. WE MADE MR. [redacted] AWARE OF THIS AND HE GAVE US A CHECK WHICH HE SAID WE COULD DEPOSIT AND CONTINUE TO DRAW PAYMENTS DIRECTLY OUT OF THAT NEW CHECKING ACCOUNT. WE DID SO, HOWEVER WE MADE HIM AWARE THAT BECAUSE WE SOMEWHAT INTERRUPTED THE INITIAL CYCLE THAT WE HAD HIM SET UP ON THAT IT WOULD TAKE A FEW DAYS BEFORE HE WOULD SEE THAT NEW CHECK CLEAR. SINCE THEN, THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN POSTED, HE HAS NOT INCURRED ANY KIND OF FEES OR LATE CHARGES, AND HIS ACCOUNT IS SET UP TO BE ON AUTOMATIC PAYMENT WITHDRAWL FOR HIS JULY 5TH PAYMENT. I UNDERSTAND MR. [redacted]'S FRUSTRATION AND HAVE BEEN IN CONSTANT CONTACT WITH HIM ALONG THE WAY WHILE WE WERE STRAIGHTENING OUT HIS ACCOUNT AND I FORSEE NO FURTHER ISSUES.

IAC lied to you when they said that they were unable to take the payment ($211.70) from my svings account. In fact, the first payment was extracted from my "savings account." It was only after they made multiple errors. I was compelled to reopen a checking account from Wells Fargo. IAC has now withdrawn the monthly auto payment from my [redacted] checking account with a different premium. They have refused to address the reason for the change in payments. They are continually making errors and have once again created a "smoke screen;" in their feeble attempt to offer falsehoods served on a platter of deceit.
